The next day
*Ashley's POV*

I lay in bed, glancing out the window at the California sunshine outside. Everleigh is still fast asleep beside me. I put a hand on my forehead and press down to relieve some of the pressure from my nasty hangover. Although I don't normally drink a lot of whine, last night I drank over my limit, and now I'm paying for it.

I glance over at the clock. It's 8:25 a.m. and honestly I'm shocked that Everleigh is still asleep! Normally sleeping in for her is 7:30 or so. She's definitely an early riser! I was not an early riser for the longest time, but once I started work for Pretty Little Liars, I had to start getting used to waking up early. After having Everleigh, I never got to sleep in again! That's ok though, because now I wake up on time every day!

Everleigh shifts beside me. I pull the blankets over her and I a little more, and snuggle closer to my baby girl. She stretches her arms and turns to face me, opening her eyes slowly.

"Mommy?" she asks confused.

"Good morning baby girl." I say, brushing her blond fringe away from her eyes.

"Morning, where are we?" she asks confused. I smile.

"At Nana and Papa's." I answer her. Her eyes light up.

"We had a sweepover?" she asks excitedly.

I chuckle. "Yes ma'am."

Everleigh jumps up right away, and runs to the door.

"Come on mommy, get up!" she says. I peel the covers off and join her at the door, per her request. She grins and throws open the door, tearing off down the hall, and down the stairs.

"Good morning Nana!" Everleigh says, giving my mom a hug.

"Good morning Papa!" she says, reaching her hands up to be held.

"Good morning pumpkin!" he says, lifting her up. She cuddles against his collared sweater.

"Papa, can I watch TV?" Everleigh asks.

I shake my head. "Uh uh, you're missing something."

Everleigh turns back to face my dad and gives him ger saddest puppy eyes, and her favorite pouty lip.

"pweese?" she asks. My dad laughs.

"Well how can I resist the pouty lip?" he asks, bopping her on the nose, which makes her giggle with delight.

Everleigh scrambles down, and plops herself down on the couch, right next to my mom. I take a seat next to her.

"Coffee?" she asks me.

I nod. "Yes please."

"Hot chocolate for you miss?" My mom asks Everleigh.

"Yes pweese." she says, copying exactly what I said. Then she looks at me.

"Did I renember my nanners?" she asks sweetly. I laugh.

"Yes you remembered your manners. Good job Ev!" I say, praising my daughter.

My mom appears a few minutes later holding two mugs and a training cup.

"Coffee for you." she says, handing my dad a mug.

"Coffe for you." she says, handing me a mug.

"And hot chocolate for me!" she says, pretending to drink it. Everleigh laughs.

"No Nana! Hot chwocolate for me!" she says, pointing to herself. The whole room bursts into laughter.

"Oh ok Ev, here you go." my mom says, handing the training cup to Everleigh. Everleigh takes the cup and immediately starts sipping on her "hot chwocolate."
