Chapter 19

At some point I wake up. It's still dark outside. I don't feel Shawn's hand around my waist,so I turn around to face him. He is not there. Why am I not surprised? What did I expect? Him to stay and spend night with me just sleeping in his arms? I stare at ceiling and sit up. Light underneath bathroom doors irritates my eyes as they are still used to dark. I didn't left it like that. I never do. Well,last night was pretty much wild so I can't blame myself for leaving lights on. I stand up and go to turn it off. I take a look in my mirror. I stand in my undies,braless,wearing only t-shirt from last night. It reminds me of everything that has happened. I bite my lip.
I slowly open bathroom doors and come in. I see shirtless Shawn with his wet hair and water gliding down his body. I probably look really confused and shocked.
"What,Christensen? Didn't expect to see me here?", he asks with smirk on his face.
"No. I just,well,umm,yes I didn't expect to see you here", I'm being honest.
"Use and leave,huh?",he points out.
"Thought that for you", I say.
"I love when I prove you wrong",he smirks again.
I roll my eyes and turn myself to go out.His hand pulls my waist.
"Are you in mood for a morning shower?",he says as he pulls me closer.
"Are you in mood for second morning shower?",I tease as I feel his wet body making my t-shirt wet.
"Always if you are included",he grabs my chin.
"Not really in mood to be naked in front of you",I say.
"What about last night?",he asks as he teases.
"Well,I wasn't naked,Mendes",I defend myself.
"Almost",he again teases me.
"And who says that you need to be naked?",he continues.
I make a face and pucker my lips as I was thinking.
"What if I persuade you?",he puts his large hand under my t-shirt and slowly raises it up.
He pulls it over my head and throws it on the floor. I again stand shirtless in front of him.
"Is this type of "almost naked" okay?",he asks me as he picks me up on his waist and starts walking towards the shower.
"Maybe", I breathe out and get off him as he turns on the water.
I feel his wet boxers touching my skin as we let our bodies touch.My wet body pressed against his wet torso. He is taller than me,so I look up to him. He smiles as he smooths my wet hair with both of his hands and rests them on my shoulders. Moment after,he kisses me. Water droplets running down our faces,definitely interrupting our kiss but also making it somehow better. I smile as he kisses me and then I rest my head on his chest,trying to hear his heartbeat.
"Honey,are you up? We are home",I barely hear the voice from downstairs.
"Holy fuck!",I say.
"What's wrong?",he asks as he puts his hands on my shoulders.
"I just heard someone shouting from downstairs and it's my parents!",I quickly say as I turn down the water and step out of the shower.
As I turn down the water I hear their voices from downstairs.Luckily,they are always yelling when they're talking.
"What will we do now? Holy shit,I totally forgot that my mom is off the duty today. I totally forgot what day it is. Jesus",I whisper but you can hear panic in my voice.
"YEAH,MUM. I'M DOWN IN A MINUTE!", I yell.
We both stand almost naked and wet, panicking.
"You need to hide! No! You need to go out! No. You can't! You are wet and it's freezing outside! ", I freak out and throw him his clothes.
I quickly get dressed as I pick out first thing in my closet. Shawn just stands in the middle of my room,his shirt sticked to his wet torso.
"I don't know,just go and hide in my closet as you dry and I'll sent you a message so you can jump out from my window and we'll go to school. You aren't afraid of heights?", I speak fast.
He kisses me to shut me up.
"Don't worry about me,babygirl",he whispers.
I hear someone going up the stairs,so I just push him inside the bathroom.
"Oh you are up!", my dad stands on my doors and I see mum behind him.
I hug them as I push them out of my room.
"Wait honey,we got you something and why are you acting so weird?",my mum says.
"I'm nooooot,I just slept really bad and honestly I'm sleeping right now",I say trying to seem relaxed.
They sit on my bed and I sit next to them. My father hands me a tiny gift.
"This is for your birthday,because we'll be away",he says.
I wrap it off and I see car keys. I scream,hug them and run out. They follow me. I see black jeep standing there. Little bit more of freaking out,thanking them and explaining that I need to go to school,little bit of crying out of happiness and they go into house.I text Shawn. As I get in my car I see him jumping out my window and walking towards me. I can't help myself but laugh.
"Wanna ditch school?",I ask him as he gets in.
"You? Again? You can't skip another day",he says.
"Someone is worried! Let's go to school then",I say and smile.
"Lovely car,babygirl, by the way",he says and turns the radio on.
I just smile and thank him.

As we walk in the school I see a girl with red head running towards us. She runs into Shawn and hangs her arms around his neck and shoulders,resting her body on his. I stand couple of meters away and just watch the scene in front my eyes. She buries her face into his and they kiss. Such a passionate kiss and I don't see Shawn pushing her away. I slowly turn pale,swallow hard and get past them,bumping into his shoulder. I feel tears forming in my eyes. Fuck.

//School started today.......I won't be able to update daily anymore,but I'll update every time I have a chance. I'm already so tired and I can't😩
