chapter 52

Appena ritornai a casa da scuola e subito dopo aver mangiato accesi il mio computer.
Presi le cuffie, il microfono, abbassai le tende e iniziai a registrare una canzone.
Adoravo cantare al buio. Quella volta cantai Say You Won't Let Go di James Arthur.

Quando finii misi tutto a posto e spensi il Mac.
Stavo per sedermi sul letto quando la porta si aprii bruscamente e un Cameron quasi disperato entrò in camera.
"No ti prego" mi pregò.
Lo guardai con uno sguardo intenso per poi rispondere "che cosa?"
"Non smettere di cantare.. La tua voce è come se fosse l'aria che stiamo respirando adesso. Se proprio devi fermarti voglio che sia questo ad interromperti la prossima volta" disse con gli occhioni pieni di speranza per poi baciarmi con foga.
Ci sdraiammo sul letto e ricominciai a cantare mentre lui si addormentò sulle note della canzone che stavo cantando. La sua testa era sulla mia spalla e la mia mano destra accarezzava i suoi capelli soffici.
Dopo un po' smisi. Lo guardai per qualche attimo e lì mi persi tra i miei pazzi pensieri.
