The Rule Number 22

CHAPTER 10:

"Grabe noh? Kawawa naman si Megan" pagrereact ni Simon. Kalain mong andito pa ang presence of mind ng baliw nato kahit nag lalaro lang?

"Yeah, she's frustrated sure ako" dugtong ni Isaiah

Gusto ko syang kamustahin pero is this the right time to do so? Baka magalit sakin yun ano kaya? I pity her because of the incident earlier, parang napahiya din kasi sya. Grabe naman kasi yung ginawa nung kapreng yun. Pasabog!

Tumayo ako sa kinauupuan ko at napatingin sina Simon at Isaiah

"Oh? Where are you going Saia?" Isaiah asked me. "Matatapos na ang progam" dugtong pa nya sakin

"Uhm…rest room lang. I'll be back in a minute"  I smile at him then walk.

Pag palabas ka ng theater, sa may kanan ang rest room ng girls so pumunta akong restroom. Bago ka makarating ng restroom, may pinto dun sa kanan na bukas, sinilip ko then nakita ko para syang hall way na pakanan at parang connected sya dun sa back stage.

And when I satisfied myself on my curiosity-checking-out-what's-going-on eh aalis na ko nang biglang may narinig ako

"Why'd you do that Ichi?" a girl shouts. Siguro di rinig sa labas to kaya ganun. And for some reason, the voice was familiar. Instead of walking outside, I walk in at nag dere deretso ako kung saan lumalakas din ang mga boses

"Coz I want to Megan! It's not because of our past. I have my personal reasons as well" a guy answered her-almost shouting. Tama ako familiar nga, it was Megan and who is she talking to? Don't tell me……

Then sa may pader, unti unti akong sumilip para makumpirma at 0__0! Tama ako in the first place! Sila ngang dalawa.

"Ichi, I know you for the past years. Magkaklase tayo since elementary and I am freaking know why are you acting like this" may mga luha sa mata ni Megan. Tumalikod na lang ako at pinakinggan sila. Wait a sec…..is this the right thing to do? Yung mag eavesdrop?? They might kill me, pero pano ko aalis? Baka mas gumawa pa ko ng ingay. Lord, dito po muna ako, I didn't mean to hear their conversation po. I just want to check out kung sino lang yung nag uusap then goranes na. But for some reason, hindi po ako makaalis.

"if you're going to say that this is because of our break up then fine! Say it! But sorry to ruined your expectation, that's not my main reason"

"so it's one of the reason"

"Yes and No"

"Just answer me directly!!!" Megan shouts at her best at nung sumilip ako ulit, I saw the guy was still on his cold and meaningless emotion. Parang hindi naapektuhan ng pagsigaw.

"I have my separate dream Megan. I want to explore different things na hindi ko man lang nakita sa Diamsod Theater. Hindi naman sa ayaw ko dito, I just want to be free. Alam mo naman dito diba? Acting lang, sayaw at kanta na ayon sa gusto ng director and all. They're manipulating us! Hindi pwedeng sumali sa ibang clubs at hindi pwedeng ipakita ang talent hanggat walang theater event. Ano yun? Ilalabas lang nila tayo pag may mga bisita? Parang magandang manika? Lokohan eh!"

Anu daw? Ganun ba nya ka hate yung theater?

"Your reasons are ridiculous Ichi! You're so dumb! Malapit na tayo sa pangarap natin"

"Sorry Megan kung ikaw lumaki ng may ganyang pangarap. Ako? No. hindi na ulit ako mag papatali sa mga sinasabi nila. I want to do everything that I didn't allow to do when I'm still here. Sasali ako sa mga clubs at organizations para mag karon ng maraming kaibigan at para ma enhance yung skills ko na meron ba. Basta I want to be free and that was it"

"Ichi……I'm sorry for breaking up with you." Sabay iba ng usapan ni Megan

"Hahaha what??" he asked in surprise

"I know that this is the reason why you want to quit. And I'm taking the burden with me. Alam ko Ichi wag ka na magkaila. Just be mature naman"

"you're the one who's not being mature Megan. Wala na tayo diba? Pero nasayang mo lang yung 4 years natin. But that's just about it"

"Alam ko na naiilang ka na after, at naiinis ka na dahil tayo parin ang magkapareha"

"WALA NA TAYO DIBA? Ikaw ang nakipag break so ano pa? edi kalimutan na? mas madali sakin ang ganto. And don't expect na babalik pa ko sayo ha? Kasi wala kang babalikan" 

"You're so IMMATURE ICHI!!!! I HATE YOU!!!" 

Then a slap was taking the noise of the room then nung sumilip ako, Megan was running then that freak was silent. Nakahawak sya sa right cheek nya at napapatawa pa.

 I better get going. Pag nahuli ako neto yare ako malamang.

Nung tatayo na ko

'you're on the phone with your girlfriend she's upset' (ringtone ng cellphone) 

0____0!!!! Hala!! Tumutunog yung cellphone ko. I hurriedly stand para makuha yung phone ko sa pocket then nanginginig kong naioff yung tawag.

 "Who's there???!!!!"

 YAYKS!!! 0____0!!
