CHAPTER 44:

"Let's go" he whisper on my right ear

"Where?"

"Alam mo na" and I grabbed my bag and I walk with him

"Saia where are you going" Isaiah shouts

"To the place that we didn't see you" then we walk away

He has a point, we need to go to the place where we can't see them, can't argue with them, can't answer their questions. The place where we can think, we can shout and we can release our hatred. No gossipers, no eavsdroppers, no Isaiah and no Megan. It's just the two of us

After namin magpunta sa School Clinic. Sumakay kami ng kotse nya at nagbyahe na pauwi. Tahimik akong lumuluha habang sya tahimik na nagdadrive. At medyo traffic ngayon sa daan kaya hindi parin kami nakakaalis sa may looban ng school.

The sun strikes through my eyelids and when I open my eyes, I saw the sun was ready to set. Hala! Nakatulog pala ako and he didn't bother to wake me up? Bakit naman? Pwede naman nya kong iwan sa waiting shed habang natutulog kung trip nya diba? So why did he bother to take me to this place when all I did was to sleep. When I scan the place, I realized I'm still on his car at nakapa ko na may maliit na blanket sakin ngayon. Wala si Ichi sa driver's seat at nakita na nakaupo sa bench. And yeah, we're on Bombongan again. I was planning to called him when I heared him.

"Thank goodness I thought you were dead in your sleep" and I realized he was talking to me. He said it with an unpleasant tone of voice like he said it with no sincerity at all.

Lumabas ako mula sa kotse at dala parin ang blanket. "Yeah good thing it didn't happen huh?" and I sat beside him

"What's so good about that?" then he giggled

"What do you mean by that?" I asked half annoyed, half smiled then look at the setting sun

"Nothing........in particular"

"Hahaha ok" I fake a laughed

"So what now?" I asked to start a conversation, he shake his head and just lowered it

"Should we start the revolution thingy or something?"

"Revolution?"

"Like duh? The things you called your plans?"

"Ah that So your ready?"

"Ofcourse not! I'm still not giving up on my decision to resist on teaming up with you"

"Hah! Sa lahat ng ginawa ko hanggang ngayon nagdadalwang isip ka parin? Kahit naibulgar ko na sa lahat na girlfriend kita and I pick a fight with your prince and all. You still didn't want the plan?"

"I'm hard to convince you know"

"You better be not to hard. You can't resist now. I do all the work and all you have to do is to act. Like me!"

"Like you?"

"I'm an actor so I know and I can predict what kind of reaction or emotion I'll have to wear next. I know that"

"Oo ikaw na! You already. Hangin mo eh peste!"

Tumayo ako dahil nababanas nanaman ako sa kahanginan ng ugali nitong kapreng to. Oh diba? Medyo cliche? Haha Sagana sa yabang lang. Pero may parte na tama sya. Makakatanggi pa ba ako at makakaurong kung binulgar na nya at halos pinagsigawan sa madla na may relasyon kaming dalawa. Pag naitanggi ko pareho lang kaming mag mumukhang tanga. So ano na? Nga-nga na lang ba?

"And thank you for announcing to the whole crowd that I am your girlfriend!" naalala ko yung sinabi nya kanina

"Even me was stunned you know"

"I do not have any other choice"

"What?"

"I just want Megan to be hurt when I tell to her that I have a girlfriend and yeah God really is good to me, he let me saw you on that situation and BAM! I just tell them"

"And your proud of it? Really?"

"Ofcourse at wala ka ng kawala sa kasunduan ha? Better you like it or not you will be my girlfriend for a couple of months. Just show them that they will regret they let us go or something like that. Just go with the flow."

"Ayoko nga"

"Ay mali ako, whether you like it or you like it pala. Sa gwapo kong to tatanggi ka pa ba? Malamang hindi na" then he smiled at me

"Huwaw! Gusto mo sipain kita dyan sa bukid ha?"

"Sus naman Liit" then he wrap me around with his arms. What's up with this guy? Ganto ba talaga sya sa babae I mean mabait naman sya. He was nice all over, well except of being so arrogant and moody at times I guess. Ano ba tong lalaking toh? Medyo unpredictable.

"Bitiwan mo nga ako" trying my best to realease on his arms, but he's so strong.

"Ano ka ba, nag papraktis lang naman ako eh. Para mas realistic ang girlfriend-boyfriend thing natin. You need to internalize" tapos pumikit sya na parang nagrerelax.

"Hum......hum...." sabi nya pa habang nakapikit

"Ano to yoga?"

"Internalize"

He released me at naging seryoso ang mukha.

"But to be honest I'm serious about this plan"

"What seriously?"

"You're not listening are you? Kakasabi ko lang diba?"

"I'm just kidding. OA mo naman Koyah dika makagets ng joke?"

"I don't get the humor on that. Maybe because it's too stupid"

"You're the one who's stupid!"

"But really. I really need you for this plan Saia. You can help me right?" then he looked at me. His eyes was pleading

"Hindi mo na ko madadala sa pleading puppy eyes mo! Wala kang mata no! Singkit!"

"That made me even cuter" then he smiled at nawala yung mata nya.

"Hahaha fine fine"

"Fine what? I'm seriously cute?"

"Huh? Not that!!"

"Then what?"

"I'll think about-----"

"Wait here"

"Hey! Hindi mo ko pinata----"

"Wait lang!!"

 He run all the way through his car at may kinuha sa bag nya. He came back with a folder and give it to me.

"Huh?"

"Read it"

"Why?"

"You will never know, unless you read it genius"

I snob him and open the folder.
