Chapter 8: Property ♤

Zhea's POV

It's Friday today, the last day of school before weekend and hell yeah I am very excited to finish this day already!

But to remind myself again, it's just the first subject that had passed and... I have a long day to go pa. *Sigh*

While waiting for the next subject's teacher, I decided to put my head down my desk because I'm still feeling a little bit sleepy and little did I know, that I was already falling asleep.

Thank goodness everybody stood up and shouted "good morning" to sir so I instinctively did also what they did and started feeling a bit dizzy after seating again.

My head hurts.... ugh.

I decided to ignore my aching head and pay attention to our teacher while hoping that drinking water could solve my headache, but as time goes, it felt worse.

I am very certain that our air-conditioner is working but why do I feel hot?

I don't want to leave our class yet thinking that it's almost break time but... it really hurts.

Thank goodness the bell rang!

I walked through the hallways having the walls as my support as I head for the canteen but it when I got there, the crowd and the heat they're producing is too much for me to handle.

I was hoping to buy water from there pa naman but because I can't, I headed instead to the restroom.

At least, I thought it's colder there.

I felt relieved after sitting down on one of the cubicles and locking myself in but I still couldn't ease my aching head.

What am I supposed to do!?

I don't know what's happening!!

I'm panicking right now!

This is the first ever time in my life that I felt this way.

And it's straight up annoying!

I think mas lalo akong nanghina ngayon because I can feel my limbs jelly.

And when I held my head, oh god! Is it burning!? Why is it hot and full of sweat!?

My whole body's feeling too cold suddenly even though I felt my body burning and I don't know where to go anymore after going out of the restroom.

I'm still using the walls as my support but it is not until I collapsed on the ground and...

*blackout*

Zion's POV

Naglalakad kami nila Cody dito sa hallway kasama ang iba pa naming katropa.

Kinalabit ako ni Cody kaya tinignan ko sya at mukhang natataranta sya na gulat na gulat.

"Zion! S-si z-zhea ba un??!!" Sabi nyang natataranta habang tumuturo sa may gilid ng hallway malapit sa isang room.

Nagulat din ako pero syempre tumakbo ako sa halip na tumunganga lang dun.

Alam kong magtataka sila kung bakit ko 'to gagawin dahil sa mga nakaraang taon wala talaga akong pinapansin na iba sa school na 'to lalo na kapag babae pero.... si Zhea yan.

Dali dali akong tumatakbo papalapit sa kanya.

May babaeng papalapit sa kanya pero mukhang natakot samin dahil hindi lang ako ang tumakbo pero pati si Cody tumakbo narin.
