Is it wrong,
Is any of it wrong?

Is it wrong to wash my sins in a sink
I could bleed from,
Because light leaks from the curtains?
Is it wrong to not understand time,
Because the present doesn't make any more sense
Even once life's moved on?
Is it wrong to give it up for you,
Is it wrong to fear that commitment?
Is it wrong to be sipping this,
And smoking what I'm smoking,
But trying to dip
Because paranoia has got me prisoned,
And you're telling me of a sweeter side of everything?

Is it wrong to miss you like you're mine?
Is it wrong to wish to tell you about the world
And the stars
And ceilings
And memories
And show you what honesty is truly worth?
Is it wrong to want to bring you home to the streets that show me love
When they carry the weight of a thousand lives starting and ending?
Is it wrong to want to make an art from it,
And from you?
Because slow burns are the safest,
And I've seen it all fade from view,
I've lost perception, and I've lost everything I had,
I've seen that trainwreck.
Is it wrong to want to teach you things,
And learn from you?
Is it wrong to stare,
And you're giving me tunnel vision,
But I don't wanna see the dark,
Keep the lights on,
Because I'm not ready to go home just yet.

Is it wrong to wish somebody would walk in this room and shoot me,
Yet be terrified of that thought
And all of its impossibility?
Is it wrong to think I'd miss you,
Is it wrong to want to take the risk
And show you it all,
Knowing endings come sooner
Than the next beginnings?
Is it wrong to stay in the chase,
When you hardly know what's it's taking outta me to follow you?

Define wrong and right,
What's the difference?
There are no facts,
Simply perspective,
In varying levels.
Where's your justification,
Let's talk about life.
And just for the record,
You're feeling pretty right to me.
