Geek was super scared the whole day through school. Apparently, there was a rumor that last night, Tsunami didn't come home and that he was still in the Dungeons. What was worse was that someone went out to look for him, and they never came back. Geek explained to Volt at recess about Tsunami following them, and that it would probably be best not to explore the Dungeons today. No one knew who went out to find Tsunami, but everyone was scared either way. After school, Geek and Volt walked home together. Skitty had gotten a little sick the night before, so she didn't even come to school. On their way home, Geek decided that it was best to tell Volt his secret now.

"Volt, I... I have something to tell you," Geek stuttered.

This was more difficult than he thought.

"Yeah? What is it?" Volt asked concerned.

"I, um, heh, I don't know any easy way to put this," Geek said as he stopped walking, scratching the back of his head nervously, "See um, thing is, I'm not actually a Pokémon."

"What?" Volt asked doubtfully.

"I know it's weird, but, I'm a human. From the human world, and, I don't know anything about my past life, or why I'm here, or what's going on. Skitty was kind enough to take me in, but not even she or her family knows about this," Geek explained.

Volt stood there, looking at him for a moment, then said three words that sent chills up Geek's spine.

"You're not alone."

"W-what?" Geek exclaimed.

"Heh, see, I'm a human too. Don't have any memories, but, I do remember one thing. There was another human sent to this world with me. I was given these scarves," Volt said as he pulled out two greenish black striped scarves from his bag, "and the Pokémon who gave me them told me to give them to my closest friend when the time was right. Geek, you're my closest friend, and I think the time is right."

Volt handed Geek one of the scarves. Tying it around his neck, Geek watched as Volt did the same with his. They looked at each other, smiling the whole time. They weren't alone anymore. They had these scarves to show their friendship now. As they continued walking down the path, talking about their questions and other confusing topics, Geek suddenly thought up of a really good question.

"So wait. You said you had moved in with your grandparents right?" Geek asked.

"Yeah, uh, about that," Volt said as he chuckled with an awkward smile, "I told you that because I knew that if any normal Pokémon found out, people would go crazy, but then when I found out you were a human, like, two seconds ago, I forgot about that. My story is pretty much the same as yours. I woke up, was taken in by a family of Raichu, and then you came along."

When they got home, Geek and Volt prepared for another trip. Instead of staying at home, they decided to go back to the Fluttering Fields. They knew that place was safe at least. After a few minutes of walking, both of them still trying to put their heads together to try and remember something, they finally entered the dungeon. Volt pulled out the old map, and a new piece of paper from his bag, and they began exploring. Looking off of their old map and drawing a new one, they were able to get through the dungeon even quicker than before. Suddenly, Geek heard some rustling bushes close behind them, and he bolted around, a blue sphere glowing in his hand.

"Volt. Volt did you hear that?" Geek asked.

"What? Did you hear something?" Volt replied.

"Yeah, in the bushes," Geek answered, looking over to his right to see a small little opening into a clearing.

"Hey, see that opening over there?" Geek asked as he nodded his head in the direction of the opening.

"Yeah. Want me to sneak over there?" Volt whispered.

The rustling bushes were becoming louder.

"We're gonna rush over there. You ready?" Geek asked.

"Yeah," Volt said as he foot slid and he pointed his body towards the opening.

"Now!" Geek shouted as they both barreled forward and into the passageway.

In the clearing, sitting in the middle of the area, was a small log. It had been cut down from what looked like a massive tree, but the log was not the interesting part. It was what was on top of the log. On the log, in a little hole drilled into it, was a small, white Orb. The orb stuck out like a white stain on a black shirt with the log and dark background, so it was pretty easy to see.

"What is that thing?" Volt asked as he walked towards it, puzzled.

"I wouldn't go near it if I were you. There are too many weird things happening right now. First Tsunami following us, then the bushes rustling, now this? Things just don't add up here," Geek pondered over his own thoughts for a moment.

"Yeah, I guess you're right. Do you think we're really safe here? I mean, with this thing, and whatever was out there probably seeing us dash out here," Volt started trembling at his own thoughts.

"It's fine. As long as we can draw them out into the open, it'll be fine. Now, let's look into this orb a bit more," Geek said as he stood about three feet from the orb, studying it closely.

"Hey, you're a Riolu right? Can't Riolu see aura patterns and stuff?" Volt asked.

"I guess, but I've never really tested it out," Geek replied as he looked back to the orb.

Closing his eyes gently and slowly, he thought about seeing the wave lengths. Seeing the emotions on things. He thought about seeing a person or thing's true being. When he opened his eyes, he was staring at Volt, and he could see weird greenish blue beams coming out of his friend. There were a few black beams coming from his head.

"Whoa!" Geek shouted in surprise.

"What? Did you do it?" Volt asked.

"Yeah! I can see the aura waves coming off of you!" Geek replied excitedly.

"Awesome, now try the orb!" Volt said as he pointed over to the orb.

Geek turned, and the happiness drained from him immediately. Geek hadn't expected anything. To be truthful, he didn't expect to see anything coming from the orb. If anything, he thought there would be some weaker waves. But this thing was active. It was sending large surges of black and red waves in all directions. One barely noticeable arrow pointed in the direction to the entrance of the clearing, where the two of them had entered.

"Volt, we need to leave, now," Geek exclaimed as he turned around to run.

As they did, something blue and tannish emerged from the bushes. It was Tsunami. The somewhat young Oshawott walked out of the bushes with a large smirk on his face, and what looked like red lightning in his eyes. He was sending off the exact same red and black wavelengths as the orb. Then Geek saw it. The small and hardly noticeable line was connecting Tsunami to the orb. They were linked somehow. The orb was connected to him somehow. Tsunami looked scary without his armor, which was made from passed off Samurott armor, but with the armor and added spike on his forehead, he looked like he was ready for a war.

"You two made a grave mistake coming here. Now that you've seen that orb, you know to much. Time to tie up loose ends!" Tsunami exclaimed as he grabbed his shell and activated it's water beam.
