Pokémon Mystery Dungeon - Explorers

Day 12

This was finally it. It had been two days since they had asked Wave if they could join the Explorers, and they had finally said yes. Today was the day they left. It was sad for everyone, having to say goodbye and till next time. Eevee and Cubone both fought back tears, Charmander was somewhat crying and drawing images of Geek and Volt to remember them, and Skitty was full on crying. Geek had found it hardest to say goodbye to her. Even though she wasn't his actual sister, she felt like one deep in his heart. After saying their goodbyes, sad and down as they were, everyone went their separate ways. All that remained was Geek and Volt's friends, including Tsunami. Everyone wanted to say their final goodbyes to each other.

"Geek, Volt, I know we didn't really become the closest of friends, but it's still sad to see you go. Just, remember us out there! Explore the world for us!" Eevee said.

"Geek, Volt, I know I was lazy and all, and I didn't really put much effort into anything I did, but I'm glad I got to go on adventures with you guys. It was really fun, so don't you dare let go of your dream now," Cubone said, a single tear rolling down his cheek.

"Here Geek, and Volt, I drew pictures of all of us. I even drew a comic of all of us exploring our first dungeon together," Charmander said as he started handing them papers of them, and a large comic of their first adventure. 

Geek started to hold back tears.

Suddenly, a voice came from behind all of their friends, and Geek knew exactly who it was. Timburr.

"You know, I gotta admit. Kinda jealous of you guys. But whatever. Just, come visit sometimes okay? I wanna see if I can eventually beat you Geek," Timburr said with a smile and a big thumbs up. 

Geek gave a thumbs up back, letting one tear roll down his own cheek. He saw Volt doing the same.

"Geek, Volt, I just wanted to say thank you. If it wasn't for you, I would still be controlled by that stupid orb thing. If I ever find any more of them, you'll be my first contacts," Tsunami said happily. 

Geek and Volt nodded back to him. Then, came Skitty. Geek was already having a difficult time not losing his cool, but when Skitty came up, he just couldn't help it. She was crying too.

"Geek, I just..." She trailed off as she tried finding her words, "...I wanted to say thank you. You made these past few days seem so, adventurous. Thanks for that. Oh, and I owe you for saving my hide a couple days back. I'll be here when you decide to visit again."

Geek and Volt hugged everyone one last time, then set out with Wave and the others. Lucario and Gallade had already been told about Geek and Volt's secret, and Wave was informed too. Thankfully they believed that too because of some evidence that their chief scientist, Marowak, had discovered. The group of five traveled far and wide. Over mountains, through valley's across Mystery Dungeons that were much harder than Geek and Volt were used to. Everything was bigger, and scarier in the world than just in Petal Town.
