Tsunami charged forward, almost slamming into Geek. Geek and Volt both lunged out of the way in seperate directions just in time.

"Tsunami isn't himself! It's the orb!" Geek shouted to Volt as he grabbed Tsunami's shell and got into a lock.

Struggling, Geek managed to notice Volt running towards the orb.

"No! You will not touch it!" Tsunami shouted, seeing Volt charging forward.

Tsunami hit the ground with his foot and the whole earth began shaking. Geek had seen this before. Onix had used it when they had fought eachother. It was the move Earthquake. Volt was just about to get to the orb when he was thrown back by the shaking ground. He landed on the ground hard and got back up, only to be knocked down by Tsunami who used a full force Tackle.

"Volt! We need to try and keep him occupied while we break the orb!" Geek shouted as he started running towards the orb.

"Right!" Volt shouted back as he stood up and Iron Tailed Tsunami on the head.

Geek looked to the orb. Nothing else mattered right now. He kept running, faster and faster and faster. Time and space seemed to stretch out as he jumped, about to hit the orb with all his strength. Then, he noticed, out of the corner of his eye, Tsunami standing right next to him. Then he heard the warning.

"Geek watch out!" Volt shouted, almost in pain.

Tsunami slashed forward with his Razor Shell and directly hit Geek in the chest. He flew backwards and slid next to Volt, who was gripping his own chest and breathing in ragged breaths. Tsunami stood in front of the orb laughing.

"Is that all you got? I honestly thought this was going to be more interesting!" He taunted.

Something clicked. The same feeling Geek had gotten when he fought Onix to protect Skitty. The same feeling when he fought Timburr in school. Geek finally understood what it was. It was a feeling of, justice. He knew it now. All of these guys were being jerks, bullies, or villains, and Geek wanted to set them in their rightful place. Maybe that was what he was sent here for. Maybe that's what him and Volt were supposed to do. Maybe...

"Oh don't worry Tsunami! We're full of surprises!" Volt suddenly shouted out.

"Let's do this!" Geek added on as he stood up, charging an Aura Sphere attack.

Tsunami moved fast. He was like a bullet to them, but he wasn't fast enough to dodge Volt's own Extreme Speed attack. While Tsunami was in mid air, Geek fired his massive Aura Sphere attack, which blew up and sent Tsunami flying backwards. He quickly threw out his Razor Shell and landed on his feet, jabbing the sword into the ground and then charging forward. Volt sent Thunder Bolt after Thunder Bolt into the ground, trying to slow him down. It was just enough. Just before Tsunami was able to jump and slash at the two of them, he had to dodge a Thunderbolt, which caused him to slip over and fall. Geek followed up with another Thunderbolt, that slammed into Tsunami dealing massive damage. Tsunami lay motionless on the ground now.

"I'll get the orb," Volt said as he walked over to the log.

Volt raised his hand and smashed the orb with all his might. The sound of the smashing orb made Geek remember shattering glass as a rock hit it. It was ear piercingly loud as well. Geek once again turned on his aura sensing ability, and looked down to Tsunami. He wasn't like the orb now. That was good, but he was still a little black and red all around his body. Most of it was covered by a light green and dark blueish aura however, so Geek assumed that must just be his normal bad side. Everyone had a bad side, and he must've been seeing the smaller dark side of people.

When Tsunami woke up after about five minutes, he was obviously confused. He didn't know what was going on, so Geek and Volt had to explain to him what happened. Tsunami listened closely, soaking up every detail.

"So that's how we got here. Don't know what you were doing, but whatever that orb thing was, it's gone now," Volt finished up.

"Well, I thank you. While I do not remember anything after touching the orb, I will do my best to remember and bring any details to you guys. Only we are to know about this ok?" Tsunami commanded.

Geek just went along with it, since this was apparently just how Tsunami acted normally.

"Alright, see ya Tsunami!" Volt called out as he walked off into the deeper parts of the dungeon.

Geek pulled Volt aside once Tsunami was out of earshot. The two hid under some bushes as they talked.

"Volt, I don't know what it is that tipped me off, or what made me feel this way, but this is why we're here!" Geek explained.

"Say what now? Maybe it's just because we found out we were both humans sent here for some reason earlier today, but please tell me more details," Volt said still confused on what Geek had told him.

"The orbs! That white one we found! It was controlling Tsunami right? There's got to be more of them! There's gotta be someone who is making them and placing them across the world! That's why we're here! We were brought here to stop whoever was doing this!" Geek exclaimed proudly at the fact that he had somehow managed to figure it out.

"Maybe," Volt replied.

He looked to be in deep concentration.

"This very well could be why we're here, but that doesn't explain how we're supposed to do that. We're in school for one-" Volt was cut short by Geek

"School ends tomorrow dude," Geek cut in.

"Yes, I know that! But still! We're just kids in this world! How are we supposed to stop something so big? Even so, I feel like this isn't the only thing we were sent here to do. I feel like there is something behind even this, that we don't yet fully understand. We're just gonna need more time," Volt said.

Geek couldn't agree more. Maybe it was just the way Volt had explained things, or how he sounded so smart while saying them, but Volt's explanation sounded a lot better than his. Geek thought about it for a sec, then decided it was time to head home. It was getting late, and tomorrow was the last day of school, so hopefully he could maybe get some needed rest before tomorrow.

At home, everything was normal again. Dinner, hanging out, and fun times with everyone. Skitty tried to get in as much as she could, even though she had gotten a little more sick than before. Geek kept wondering about Volt's words earlier however. He was right about one thing. They were kids. They were expected to go to school, play around, and have fun. Not explore the world and defeat evil. Not to mention, they'd need to leave town. They'd need to leave Charmander, Skitty, Eevee, everyone. Geek didn't want to, but it was shaping up to be that way. Skitty brought him back to reality with her very sickly voice.

"Hey Geek, what'cha thinkin about?" She asked between coughs and her large smile.

"Skitty, you should be in bed," Geek said.

"I know, but I just want to know what you're thinking about. You looked pretty tired and excited when you came home with Volt," Skitty replied.

"Well it's nice of you to ask, but you need to look out for your own health. It's bad and sad enough you aren't coming to the last day of school tomorrow," Geek sighed.

"Fine. I'll go get some sleep. See you in the morning," Skitty said as she walked into her room.

Geek followed her later. He was beat and exhausted. Not to mention, Mr and Mrs Delcatty could be pretty boring at times. Must've been his kid side thinking again. In bed, Geek thought about more questions that he had gotten. What would happen in the future to come? Was Volt always going to be there with him? How would they find out about their past, and why they were here? It seemed like every time one question was answered, another would pop up in it's place. Geek was frustrated, confused, scared, and even lonely sometimes. It was odd, that tomorrow would mean an entire week in this world. Slowly, Geek drifted off to sleep, not caring about the questions he had just thought of anymore.
