Eighteen

Suddenly as if a light had just turned over his head, one name came to his mind. "Caitlin," he whispered. 

Zooming around, he untied the casualties and ran out of there and to where Caitlin was. He came to a holt where he had left her to look around. Everything seem to be here he had left if. No sign of the other guys they were hunting. 

"Caitlin, are you ok," he called out. No response. Now a little panic started to raise inside him. If this was a trap, did it mean he had just once again put Caitlin in harms way.

He turned a corner and the panic started to leave him. There in the corner Caitlin was bend over a filing cabinet going through the files. She looked up and she raised a pipe in defense. 

"Ok it's you. Did you find themselves?" She asked getting up. 

"No, it was a set up or something. There were still the casualties but they had already left. Don't know if they got what they were looking for. You know what kind of research facility is this?" 

"Well we have a lead now..." Started Caitlin. But then she stopped. She looked around confusion apparent in her face. 

Her vision was getting out of focus. Small flashes of black and random images flashed. She tried to ignore that and continue but suddenly she could even hear what Barry was saying or hear her voice. She tried to take a step forward towards Barry and it felt like the ground she been pulled away and she tripped and fell. 

Barry quickly stepped forward as he could see the blank look on Caitlin's face. Something wasn't right and she was now trying to say something but couldn't. And before he knew it, she stepped forward and fell. Quickly coming to her side, he caught her. They gently went to the ground and Barry slowly tapped Caitlin's cheeks. 

"Caitlin, come open your eyes. Please," begged Barry. 

Nothing. She didn't react to anything but just lay there unconscious. Picking her up in his arms, Barry zoomed out of the building and went straight to STAR Labs.

Barry lay Caitlin's unconscious body down on the bed and within seconds Juilan and Cisco were on her side hooking her up to the monitors. She was breathing normal and everything seemed fine yet she was showing any signs of waking up or injuries. 

"What happened out there Allen? How can you let this happen?" Questioned Juilian. 

"She was fine when I came back  to her. She was talking to me and then suddenly she just... Passed out," explained Barry. He was standing by her side holding her hands tightly. 

Iris came running in followed by HR. 

"I just talked to dad and he said that the two guys that were there today are Jules Meyers and John Meyers. They work with Amanda and they were there definitely to steal something. They are talking to the casualties about what happened. How she doing?" Finished Iris. 

"No thing. Don't even know what is happening g here," said Juilian. 

Caitlin slowly squeezed Barrys hands and he saw her trying to open her eyes slowly. She we trying to say something and finally they manged to make out what she was saying. 

"Ro...ro...nine... Ronnie..." Whispered Caitlin. 

She finally opened her eyes and looked around as the room slowly came into focus. "What.... What happened?" She finally managed to say. 

"You gave us a scare there," joked HR. 

"How are you feeling? What do you remember?" Asked Cisco. 

"I honestly don't know. I remember talking to the Flash." 

"Barry, you mean Barry," said Cisco. 

"Yeah... That's what I meant. Barry came and I was talking to him and them blank. I woke up here, " explained Caitlin. 

"You kept calling out Ronnie, did you have a dream or something about him?" Asked Juilian. 

Caitlin looked at them confused, "who...who is Ronnie?" she finally said.

Joe came into the interrogation room and found Amanda sitting there. She looked up and a smile spread across her face.

" I'm guessing that you weren't successful in catching my friends and you still don't have anything. You can't keep here too long with they way you are going," teased Amanda. 

"We have you at the crime scene and it won't be long before you friends join you. We already know how you managed to use that device.," responded Joe. 

Joe could see the smile on Amanda's face disappear for a second. She didn't expect them to have found the stone and it was clear that she was scared that they were close. This was an advantage for Team Flash.

"You still can't prove anything, besides you are running out of time with your friend. She cant remember past few years of her life," said Amanda.

"You don't need to worry about that, we have the best working on it. Like I said a matter of time."

Barry, Iris, HR, Cisco and Juilan stood there shocked as Caitlin tried to figure out what she has said that made then speechless. Who was this Ronnie and why was she calling out his name? Why was his name so important that they all watched her as if she had said something werid. 

"Barry, what is going on? Why are you all looking at me like I'm have come out of space and have an extra arm coming out of my head," said Caitlin. 

"I honesty don't know. How can you not remember who he was? You did have a recollection of him before then..." Started Barry.

Non of this made any sense. She was fine one second and now and had lost another piece of her memeory. Was she exposed to another one of the devises?
