Fifty Seven

I was disappointed to  find promo pictures of the coming crossover episode. It shows Westallen wedding and Caitlin is the maid-of-honour. Why are they focusing and getting Barry married so soon. But then another photo came up which made me so happy. The whole heroes standing together. And this time it included Killer Frost (Caitlin). I'm looking forward to the whole killer frost fighting along with them all as she finally will be shown as truely part of the 'pack'. Who else is with me?

Cailtin watched as she processed what she had to do and even though she wanted more than anything to pretend that nothing phrased her or she didn't care for the team, she shivered Athens thought of losing Barry to Savitar. 

As Caitlin she had spend her time fighting by his side and given all she could to make sure that Barry was always save. The city needed a hero and Barry was it. He was chosen for a reason. Trying to calm her heart which was now ponding in her chest, she turned to Vibe. 

"I know how I can help him. But I need to be able to get Flash close enough for this all to work. And as you can see, Savitar is nor letting him get anywhere," explained Killer Frost. 

"I can try and  distract Savitar long enough for you to do what needs done," said Vibe.,

Killer Frost could see clearly on Vibe's face that he didn't know what was going on inside her head but he trusted her enough to go along this whole plan. 

"Caitlin may have died and I truly don't think I have anything nice to say to you about.. Us. I know that you saw a epic showdown between Vibe and Killer Frost but im sorry we couldn't get that."

"What are you talking about. I'm glad that I didn't have to fight my best friend. Caitlin, you may not believe it but I still see you as the same old Cailtin who was by my side the first say we met. We have been though so much together and I don't think that this... Whatever this is going to change anything," howled Vibe. 

Hearing this Vibe was surprised at what happened. There in front of him stood not Killer Frost but Cailin Snow. He notice her eyes tearing up and the same warmth radiated from her. 

"Cisco, I want you to know that I was blessed to have found a friend like you. You stood by me through the darkest of times and still you are by my side. I want you to know that, I never forgot..." Cried Cailtin. 

Just as soon as Cailtin has appeared, Killer Frost was back and anger was back in her eyes. 

"Let's do this before I change my mind and leave you all to deal with this mess," she snapped. 

Vibe didn't know what just happened or why Cailtin had said all that but this wasn't the time to think about this all. They had to stop Savitar... And fast. 

"When you ready, I will blast him with a frozen zest which will slow him down, but not for long. I want you to vibe to Flash and tell him to meet me here. I'll explain the plan to him," explained Killer Frost. 

Vibe nodded and put on his goggles and prepared himself. With a count down, a blast went past him and he knew Killer Frost has done her job and he sure enough, Savitar lost balance and slowed down. His legs had been frozen to the ground and a large ice spike was stuck on his leg. With a quick smile at Killer Frost, Vibe was gone. 

"Goodbye Cisco... I'm sorry if I'm leaving on a negative note but that Caitlin was gone long ago," whispered Killer Frost.

 Vibe came to a holt and found himself in between Savitar and Flash. Swarming he came to Flash's side and whispered in his ear. 

"Cailin wants to talk to you. She may have a way to stop Savitar. I'll manage this big guy while you're gone," whispered Vibe. 

Without another word, Flash zoomed past leaving Vibe and Savitar. 

He stopped only when he was face to face with Killer Frost. 

"We don't have enough time and i just want you to listen to me and not question anything," blurted out Killer Frost. 

Flash paused at this as it sounded like something he may not approve of. But he remained silent. 

"When i frostbite him and his suit before, something happened to his suit. I managed to stop his invisibility. His suit maybe like a computer which I managed to fry out from the cold. If we can do that but at a higher voltage... We may be able to disarm it."

"Ok that sounds like a plan that we can use. But do you really think that you will be able to generate enough of your frostbite cold to do this?" Asked Flash.

"That's where this plan becomes a little complicated. I can't harness enough of this ability alone. I can't use all that energy that I gave but it won't be enough. If we has the Bazoca and time I could use that but that is one thing that we don't have really."

"So what are you proposing we do? How can we do this and something tells me thtat I may not like the answer."

Killer Frost shook her head. "I can gather all the energy and strength i have. This will be enough to freeze out the suit and make the suit useless. Then he will be just like you, and he can be beaten easily. But this will be done by you. Once I use up all my energy... I will pass it to you and you will have to use your lighting to struck him." 

"Ok but I still don't understand. There is something that you aren't tellin me. I can hear it in your voice and see it in your eyes."

"When... I gather all my energy and strength to use on... Savitar... I may not be able to survive the transition of as all will be used up. My power source will be gone." 

Barry stood there unable to express how this all made him feel. He was shocked on hearing this and tried to processes this all. Had he heard her correctly or was he mistaken. Was Cailtin really willing to take that chance? He couldn't... Wouldn't let her. There must be a better solution to this.
