Thirty Two

So, season 3 finale of The Flash... Thoughts...SPOILERS AHEAD IF NOT SEEN EPISODE YET!!!

Overall, I'm a little disappointed with the finale. I mean it was OMG action packed and surprises along the way. It was so sad to see the who died, I mean I'm happy that Iris isn't dead which means Barry changed his fate of going full evil but I loved HR more.

After building up the bad guy for this season and him being so hard to beat, it seems a little let down how suddenly Barry just destroyed the suit and he was dead. But anyways other things did happen to build up to that so it sort of comes into the surprise.

Another disappointment came was with Caitlin leaving. For someone who has been an important part of the team, they didn't do justice to her character leaving. With the way this ended, I'm doubting she will come back next season. She will become like Laurel, only come in one or two episodes.

In saying this, I like the episode as it was interesting and loved it but still was disappointment. Here's hoping that season 4 can be redeemed (we all know Barry is coming back, but  hoping that Caitlin returns too with all the rest of Team Flash/ maybe minus Julian).

"Caitlin I wish this was like the other times. But we are running out of time and we have no new leads," said Joe. 

"No, she is right dad. We have all been through so much. We have lost too much to just give up and wait around for something to happen. We have to start taking actions ourselves," added Iris. 

"Ok, I'm going to go back to the Lab and the abandoned lab where we found them last. We must have missed something. Cisco and HR, go through the system again and find anything that can help us find them, Joe try going through Amanda's record and interviews to see if you can find anything that may give us an idea where they are or what they may be planning, Caitlin if you are up to it then can you work with Julian to go over the scientists reports and talk to the ME and get information on what happened to her," ordered Barry finally breaking his silence. 

They all looked at him and he saw a hope in their eyes. He nodded and realised that it was time to pick up the slack and start taking action. And without wasting any more time he sped out.

"Julian, are you not going to talk to me at all now?" Asked Caitlin. 

They had been going through the report and she was on hold with the ME. Julian had barely spoken to her since they had started. He didn't even make eye contact with her. 

"Julian, I'm sorry about what I said but I can't really be thinking about that all when I have my own demons to deal with. I know you hate the idea of me having that much trust on Barry but you need to let that go. You saw how much he is in pain," said Caitlin. 

But before Julian could answer, there was a lot explosion outside and they both saw smoke and fire blast from somewhere. Slowly they made their way out. Once coming to the hallway that lead to the cortex, they saw smoke.

"Something doesn't feel right," whispered Caitlin. 

As they came closer to the cortex, they heard voices. It was anyone from their team but new voices. They peaked into the room and saw Jules, John and Amanda standing in the middle of the room. They didn't seem to have noticed them but in the corner Cisco and HR were sitting, Cisco was wearing some kind of bracelet that was glowing.

"You really thought that this time we didn't research on you all, Vibe?" Asked Amanda. 

"We made that mistake once and thought this time lets do it right," smiled Amanda.

"Where is he, I know this is where he works from?" Asked John. 

Caitlin couldn't see him but from his voice she could hear the anger. They weren't here to mess around. She tried to hear what they were saying. 

"We don't know. He isn't here," replied Cicso. 

"Now why don't I believe you. You guys clearly were going all out to find us and I bet he isn't going to sit around when his little girlfriend has completely lost her memeory," responsed Jules. 

Cailtin was trying to see who else was there when Julian pulled her away and pulled her toward the pipeline. He opened the door and gently push her in and closed the door behind him. 

"What are you doing?" 

"Caitlin, come on we need you. We need you to help with all you got. We all know what they are capable of and we don't know what they have created with the materials they got," said Julian. 

"How m I to help?" 

"We need Killer Frost....and now. I'm not scared of her and you shouldn't be either. You are the one in control and I know you can do it," said Julian. 

Cailtin looked away trying to think this over with a clear mind. But only one thing kept going through her mind, Barrys voice telling her not to ever take off that necklace.

"I'm sorry Julian, we will have to fight them off like normal people or get Barry here. I'm not taking this off... No matter what," she said. 

On Julian's face, Caitlin could see the frustration but before he could say anything she saw a figure move from the corner of her eye. She turned and when the figure came in focus she realised it was Iris. 

"Guys, thank God you are ok. I heard the explosion and I came here and have been trying to call Barry but no cell service. They are jamming the signal. We are trapped here until Barry figures if out," said Iris. 

Cailtin, Juilian and Iris watched the door as if expecting someone to come rushing through. However, they all knew that it wouldn't be long before someone came. The only question was.., what was going to be there move?
