Sora and I casually walked up the stairs to the deputy head teachers office. A teacher past us and suddenly asked what we were doing.
"Oh! Erm! Miss Wilson told us to come to her office after school," I lied.
"Sorry girls, but that office is locked after school. Miss Wilson left just a few moments ago. Perhaps she forgot," said the teacher, stopping us from walking any further.
"Oh, right. In that case, could we just leave a note under the door? It's really important so she needs to see it as soon as possible," I lied again.
"I suppose so. Be quick though girls. There's an after-school detention going on in the classroom next door," the teacher explained.
After we agreed to be quick, the enemy was finally defeated and so we continued our mission!
"Luka! Did you just lie to a teacher? For shame!" Sora said in exaggeration with a small smirk.
"Uh. Shut up. How are we gonna open the door?" I asked.
"Oh, no fear with that. I have the key," Sora pulled out a shiny key....?!
"Where did you get that?" I asked suspiciously.
"If you have to ask, you'll never know!" Sora smirked as she waved about the key in her hand.
I shrugged and took the key from her to unlock the door.
"Now! We must be ninjas..." I whispered to Sora.
She nodded firmly.
I slowly walked in and looked around for the folders, containing information on each student.
Sora let out a light cough, directing my attention to some cabinets she'd found.
I snuck over to her and scrolled down the names of each until a smile crept on my face.
"Gotcha," I whispered.
I went to open a cabinet with the words 'student documents' labelled on it. However, thanks to my bad luck, I found it was locked.
"It won't open!" I panicked.
"What do you mean it won't open?" asked Sora.
"I mean it won't open!" I repeated as I continued to pull the bar attached to it.
"Let me try," Sora suddenly got out a knife and started to jab it into the metal.
"Hey! Whoa whoa whoa! Stop! You're making too much noise! And what the hell are you doing with a knife in school?!" I questioned in even more of a panic.
"It's to protect and kill," Sora claimed with another firm nod.
"Ugh. You're crazy!" I whisper-yelled at her.
"In this world, it's kill or be killed," Sora added with a shrug.
"Look! We just need to find a key, ok?" I told her.
Sora turned around and picked something up from the desk.
"Like this?" she asked, holding up a small key.
"Yes! Just like that! See? Wasn't so hard now, was it?" I told her, taking the key.
"Bet you'd like to make it-"
"Sora! Not now!" I whispered in a loud tone.
I unlocked the cabinet and looked through each name.
"Wait... we don't know his name!" I suddenly realized.
"Oh, yeah... well, we know his face. Just look through the pictures," she told me.
