[Wednesday]

The next day...

I woke up in a rather good mood. I guess having that gun taken from me was a huge relief... But I still have so many questions about what's happening with Infinity... I wonder if he's ok. He didn't seem to like Kyo at all. What is Kyo? He claimed he's not human and considering all the things that have happened so far, I have half a mind to believe him.

I got ready for school then made my way downstairs.

"So you are awake? I was starting to think I'd have to go up there and wake you myself," Echo laughed from the kitchen, seeing me come down.

"Haha. You didn't have to make lunch for me. I normally make them myself when my parents are away anyway," I mentioned as Echo landed me a packed lunch.

"You are still young though. And I gotta look after my beautiful niece," she beamed.

"Hm. Thanks, Echo. It was nice seeing you again. Tell Yachel I said hi," I smiled back.

"Sure thing. Stay safe, alright?" she waved goodbye.

"Always do. Bye~" I headed to the door.

Hm. She's so sweet.

At school...

"Hey, Luka," my friends greeted me, standing by the school gate.

A summer feel surrounded us. Green grass spread around the front of the school and the voices of many students talking to their friends and joking around filled the air.

"Hey. Have you guys done the chemistry homework?" asked Mei in a small voice as I walked over to them.

"Damn it......." I mumbled, realizing the past few days had thrown me off my school work.

"It's fine. I didn't either," Sora told me.

"Yeah, but you don't give a damn if you get punished. I do!" I told her.

"Haha. Punishment sounds fun! But actually, this is like the one homework I forgot to do. I've done most of the stuff. As I said, mom will kill me if I screw up again," Sora claimed.

Suddenly Yukio passed us.

Quick, Luka! S-say hi to him before he escapes!

"H-hey!" I mentioned far too quietly.

He continued his path without a word.

I was so nervous that he didn't even hear me...!! Or maybe he ignored me? Yeah, that sound more likely...

"He ignored me..." I cried, hand still in the air.

"Haha. Hashtag notice me senpai," Sora laughed.

I sighed and then asked...

"Hey, have guys seen In- erm! Th-that boy with the blue hair?"

But before they could reply, I suddenly found a rude interruption occur.

"Hello, ladies," came a voice as I felt someone leaning his elbow on my shoulder.
