"Kyo," I addressed, seeing the boy in front of me.

"Why is it always you who seems to randomly appear?" I questioned.

"Plot progression," he answered.

"And I can teleport," he added.

"Perfect," I sighed.

"Why are you in my room?" I asked.

"I was wondering something," He told me.

"And that would be?" I questioned.

"Are you in love with Yukio?" He asked.

"Wh- what? I-I... well of course not! You can't fall in love with someone without knowing them a little better then I know Yukio. Like I said, it's a crush. Why are you even asking?" I wondered with a flushed face.

"I was curious to see if you'd really be so cold-hearted," he answered.

"What?!" I yelled.

"You're tormenting Infinity ever so much, Luka. Such a tease," he giggled.

"Why would he care? He wants to help me," I told him.

"And I thought you were the one helping him," Kyo told me.

"I don't know how I'm supposed to..." I mumbled.

"You're giving up after all this time? What a shame. I really thought you'd be the one..." Kyo mumbled.

"Look, I'm still his friend and I'm trying my best to figure out what makes him happy," I claimed.

"You do. You make him happy. Don't you remember when he said it was slowing killing him to see you try and save him? I already explained how in his case those words act as a contrast, actually meaning that he wants to see you keep trying. Believe it or not, he enjoys your company. It's as you once said; he's waiting for someone to try and save him. To know how. He has protected you after all. So how can you return the favour?" Kyo asked.

"He protected me because you tried to kill me again! Everything he's done so far was because of you! Besides, he's told me before that he doesn't want to have to kill anyone else. He protected me because he's too unstable to see the consequences of not protecting me," I went on.

"Come now, Luka. I had to warn you that one time of what danger you faced. I kidnapped you for your own good. I know that sounds bad but I never intended to hurt you at all-"

"You cut my leg and burned my neck!!!" I yelled.

"And thanks to that, Infinity came to your rescue," Kyo told me.

"Ugh. This isn't even about that! I'm talking about today!" I told him.

"Today? I haven't tried anything today," Kyo told me.

"Don't lie! You attacked me with those knives and then ran off," I told him.

"Did the knives miss?" He asked.

"Infinity stopped them," I told him.

"Well, I tend not to be good at using knives to attack and certainly have not used them on you," Kyo told me.

"... what...?! Then... who was the hooded figure with the knives?" I wondered.

"I have no idea. Perhaps ask Infinity," Kyo suggested.

"Yeah... I'll have to ask tomorrow..."

[Tuesday]

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN INFINITY ISN'T HERE?!!!" I yelled to Kyo as we stood at the school gate.
