"I don't like being a part of anyone's harem... So... I think I'm good!"

"Nathan, shall we go fetch us some drinks?" Adam interrupts our little quarrel.

"Yeah, sure." As he gets up my eyes are scanning his body. I take a deep breath making Emily understand what I'm thinking.

"If you like him, you are not showing him the right way lover!" Emily nudges me to bring me back to reality.

"Hm? What?" I look at her puzzled.

"You know what! Stop trying to buy some time!"

"Jesus girl! He's been acting strange lately so I'm just trying to understand what's wrong..."

"I think he's just confused like you are..."

"Why would he be confused?"

"You're not the easiest person to understand when it comes to your feelings Val!"

"Yeah that's true... Shut up, they're coming!" To our surprise they're both chatting and laughing. I look at Adam confused and he winks at me as an answer. Did he tell him about Emily? Pfft! And they call girls gossip!

"I want to dance!" Emily almost shouts. Adam looks at her so sweetly. He gets up and takes her hand to lead her to the dance floor. Emily's all excited to be dancing with her new boyfriend. I'm so happy for them! They both deserve to be happy!

"So... Where have you been?" I look at Nathan interrogatingly.

"Here and there, you know." He takes a sip of his drink and just scans the place.

"Are you looking for anyone in particular? Or should I check the place for someone to hook you up with?" I look at him unable to hide my irritation.

"Do you really believe that I need help in order to find a date?" A sardonic smile stretches to his face as he comes closer to me. I can feel my breathing getting irregular while my heart accelerates.

"No of course not. You don't seem to be picky anyways..." He fixes his eyes on my lips and so do I. All I want to do right now is grab his stupid face and kiss it!

"I know a way to make you shut up but I'm afraid that you wouldn't want me to stop afterwards..." He comes so close to my face, almost brushing his lips on mine. I try to act cool but right now it seems as difficult as if I would be applying to become an astronaut!

"All words, no action Sir". I look at him provokingly. He tries to muffle a sarcastic laugh. Is he enjoying this?! "I'm going to dance!" I get up and move towards the dance floor. I can't believe that I chose dancing over him!

Emily and Adam are lost in their own little world. I take a look over Nathan who seems to be enjoying the view. I start moving my hips to the rhythm. I throw my arms in the air. A few minutes later a guy approaches me. He starts dancing besides me. I place my hand on his neck and pull him closer to my back. He places his hands over my hips and just goes with the flow. Nathan's looking at me irritated, I start laughing to his annoyed look. Another guy comes to join us.

Normally I would send both of them away but all I want to do right now is get on his freaking nerves! If he likes me he must do something, mustn't he?! I'm in the middle of two hot guys, dancing sensually. One of them tries to steal a kiss but I tilted my head on the right making him kiss my cheek. The other one starts kissing my shoulder and I pretend to moan in pleasure but still looking at Nathan. I turn around to make him lose contact with me. A few moments later I feel someone pushing them away.
