The picture shown is the entrance to my hometown, Skye Village. The bridge was originally all normal stone bricks, but I had a run-in with a few charged creepers, so I had to rebuild it and I decided to make it look old and worn- because it had just been exploded!
Further into the town, I sometimes trade with the blacksmith. His name's Elliot- and it took me forever to figure that out. I just kept saying names over and over until he nodded and jumped up and down, like "Yes! Finally! That's my name!"
Elliot is a good pal, even if he's a digital being. But just because he's digital doesn't mean he's not alive! Trust me on this, I've experienced several dangerous moments where a villager has saved my life.
One day I decided to do Elliot a favor- I installed an automatic light system in his house! It took quite a bit of tricky redstone-ing, but when I was done he was so excited he wouldn't stop jumping around me!
There's one other guy I've made friends with- Tsumi. I'll talk about him in the next chapter.
