Promises to keep

On a cloudy night , everything is normal atleast to those who don't  know that the silence in the atmosphere is just equivalent to the silence that comes after the storm .

   This night may seem peaceful to others but it has made the lives of two children to be more difficult , to make them to lead a life without their parents and to be in a place where they don't belong.

  The lights in the privet drive started to flicker ,the man with a long silvery beard wearing a half moon glass and a cat later transfigured to a lady in a emerald green robe waited for someone to arrive with worry etched on their faces .
 
A flying motorcycle landed near them and a gaint emerged from the shades where he has parked his motorcycle holding  a small basket in his hands.

On seeing him, the look on both the man with silvery beard and the woman in green robes changed from worry to concern and asked the gaint about the children " Hagrid whether the children has any trouble while bringing them here ?"

  "No professor McGonagall ain't a 'roblem even both of 'hem has slept" and showed them the basket where the children are sleeping without any worries.

Both of them looked at the children who were snuggled closer in their sleep and smiled at them but they know that it's time to separate both of them. 

With a swish of his wand the man made another basket and separated the girl and kept her in it .

On the sudden movement and from the lack of the body heat from her partner in her deep slumber made the girl to stir, Hagrid cooed at her to keep her calm.
 
But whatever they tried both the babies stirred in their sleep and searched for the other .

Mc' gonagall on watching this asked the man whether is it necessary to separate them.

Hagrid joined with her and asked "Is it compulsory for us to leave the children with these muggles ?" it's not that he doubted the man's decision ofcourse he can trust him with his life but it's just the idea of Dursley's raising the boy even after knowing about them .

  The man can sense the worry in Hagrid's voice and answered that , its the only family he has left and it's correct to leave him here and asked to   leave the her in the a doorstep of Smith residence where she'll be adopted.

On hearing this Mc'Gonagall questioned him about the girl as why they have to leave her here without leaving anything but a letter asking to take care of her only with her name.

  The man smiled a little on hearing the words of the old professor and answered her that its safe to keep her identity secret and the wizarding​ world will know the girl only by her first name , afterall it's their personality that makes them who they are and not their birth.

With that he looked down at both the children and said they are going to make great things in their life and placed them on their respective household doorstep .

Hagrid cried a little on seeing the children which made the man to explain to him that its not a last goodbye and leaving them both here is only for their protection and made him understand that atleast they will have eachother with them in everything.

  Hagrid on hearing this nodded and smiled a little . The man infront of him will always keep his words .

He knows that Albus Dumbledore is the man of wisdom.

Hopefully he keeps his promises.
