"You're Garcia?," Detective Daniels asked me to meet him at an abandoned parking lot to talk about the case. Talk about cool.
"That's me," I shook his hand.
"Sorry about the location but this case has been a bitch to close and there may be a dirty cop involved," he leaned against the hood of his car all suave like.
"Understood. Tell me about the case," I wanted to dive in, the sooner we catch them in the act the sooner I can go back to svu and Zen. And Sonny. He's probably hurt that I didn't tell him about the case but they told me I couldn't tell anyone. Not even him, my partner, friend.
"You sure you're up for this?," Daniels is being cautious, bringing in another detective, but he'll soon find out that I am more than capable.
"I'm sure."

After I parked the car Daniels loaned me I walked up to the place, Red Moon Gentlemen's Club. I was wearing a pair of six inch heels, a skimpy dress, my hair down and wavy, and a purse that held a recording device as well as other things I'd need personally. I also wore my red leather jacket. I was to go in and ask if they're hiring, one of the girls were brought in as a witness so that worked out for me.
"Hello," I called out when I entered.
"We're closed," a tall guy called from the bar.
"Yeah, I know I can read the sign. I heard y'all were hiring so I came," I replied smartly.
He looked me up and down and grinned. "I'll get the boss."
I huffed and took a seat. "I'll be here."
I was looking at the newly finished manicure I got this morning when the tall guy came back with what looked like his twin.
"What can I do for ya, sweetness," he spoke eagerly.
"Heard ya need a new girl, I'm ya girl."
"I'll need to see how you do on the dance floor before I say yes. And it looks to me that I don't need much convincing," he eyed me up and down as his brother did.
"I give a great show," I strutted up to the stage. I asked the dj to put on Addicted to Love by Robert Palmer. Personally, if I was to become a stripper that would be my song. I slipped off my jacket and dress to show that I had a pair of short shorts and a sports bra underneath. I also noticed that the twins had pulled up chairs to watch me dance. Once the song started I got out of my head and into my body. I used to have a hard time losing weight until I found my niche, dancing.
I shook my ass and worked the pole to the beat as so many dance studios and erotic dance lessons have taught me. I even jumped down to give the brothers a better view. Once the song ended I walked back onstage to get my things.
They started clapping. "You're hired!"
I smiled to myself. I was in.

They later told me their names were Freddy, the boss, and Micky, the bartender. They also called in the rest of the girls so that they could meet me. I also gave them my fake name, Ana Santos or Sinner. Once I met the rest of the girls, who all looked overworked, I headed home to the apartment they set me up with. I sent a quick text to Daniels about me getting the job, they gave me a burner phone to use. The place was furnished with a few things nothing much but it was the wardrobe I loved. Sure it was full of skimpy dresses and heels galore but it made me feel hot. Different work clothes than what I'm used to. I still couldn't stop thinking about Sonny. Maybe after all of this we can talk about this thing between us. I hope he's doin alright.

*Sonny's POV*
I walked in to the squad room and looked to see if Maia had arrived, she's always here on time. She wasn't at her desk and I didn't see her jacket. Maybe she's in the bathroom? I waited a bit, working on paperwork, when the next hour started. She's gonna be late.
"Hey, Carisi, where's Garcia?," Fin asked me.
I shrugged. "I don't know."
I sent her a text asking if she's ok when Liv walked out of her office. "Fin, Rollins, and Carisi, my office now."
We walked over. There was a guy sitting inside already, he didn't look at us. His eyes were on his phone. I quickly noticed that Maia's cell was on Liv's desk, her red phone case standing out among the piles of paperwork.
"Garcia has been offered an undercover assignment. She will be on the job for quite a while," Liv explained. I kept my serious demeanor up but I couldn't help but worry about her.
"Carisi, you will be working with me until she gets back. Any questions?"
We shook our heads.
"Don't look so sad, detectives. She'll be back soon enough, we've gotten word that the two drug dealers will be moving soon," the guy, I assumed was Maia's case handler, walked out while taking a phone call.
Drug dealers? My heart plummeted.
