When I told Nessa that I was going to be spending the day with Hayden and Nate, I swear she almost passed out. Over the past week me and Nessa have grown really close, she's not like any friend I've ever had before, and honestly if I hadn't had met her I can truly say I don't think I would of been enjoying living in Rosemoor as much as I have been.

"Okay, I'm heading out dad, I'll see you later," I said before getting ready to leave the house.

"Okay sweetie. Wait, where are you going exactly?" he asked

"Oh, I'm just going out with Hayden, he's going to show me around."

"Hayden?" My dad questioned whilst slightly chuckling. My dad is slightly overprotective, I've only ever had one boyfriend before which wasn't serious. He knows I can handle myself and knows I'm not going to do anything stupid so he has never really minded me hanging out with guys.

"Yeah, Hayden, remember the guy I was working on the psychology project with."

"Ah yes, I remember. Have fun and call me if you need anything," he said whilst kissing the top of my head.

I arrived at the house and knocked twice before Hayden opened the door.

"Hey Mia, come on in. Nate is just on the phone with Sophia. Although, he should be done by now, he's been on the phone for ages," he said.

"That's fine," I responded.

A few moments later Nate walks in, damn it he's still attractive. Noticing me staring at him, he sends me a sly smirk. "Hey Mia."

"Hey," I responded.

"Okay let's go now," Hayden said walking out the front door.

We walked to Nate's car and I took a seat in the back whilst Hayden sat in the passenger seat.

"So, where are we going?" I asked.

"Oh er, I actually didn't plan that," Hayden laughed

"Useless," Nate mumbled causing me to chuckle quietly hoping he won't notice but judging by his facial expression he noticed. "We could show you the shopping centre, it's huge and I need to get a new book."

"Really, shopping. Fun." Hayden looks at Nate with a sarcastic smile.

"No you dumbass," Nate says hitting Hayden on the shoulder. "After I got my book we could go bowling, play a few rounds and then grab dinner."

Hayden looks at me, asking if I'm okay with the idea.

"Sounds good. I could do with a new book too, I'm about to finish the one I'm currently reading and I like bowling."

When we arrived at the shopping centre we went to the bookstore first in which Hayden decided and I quote "Well I'm going to go into footlocker because I can't be seen in a bookstore, it'll ruin my street cred". Honestly he makes me laugh, he's super smart but would never touch a book unless it's for school. So here I was with Nate in the book store.

First step into the store and Nate's already no where to be seen. He must come here a lot, I mean it's a big store I don't even know where to start.

Its been about 30 minutes now and I've finally found the section I needed thanks to one of the staff that asked if I needed help saying 'I looked lost'. Embarrassing. I think I tend to 'look lost' a lot, Nessa said it to me as well when we first met.
