College is literally the last place I want to be right now but unfortunately I have to be here. It's only been one hour since I started this morning and honestly it feels like I've been here all day.

I can't stop thinking about Nate. He's all I can think about in class. How can he end it. Just like that. He's not even willing to try.

Slapping my locker door shut I noticed Nessa standing there.

"Bloody hell Ness, you scared the shit out of me!"

"Oops sorry," she smiled sheepishly. "How you feeling?"

"Okay. I guess." I replied.

"Have you spoke to him?" She asked referring to Nate.

"Nope." I said bluntly. "To be honest I don't really want to at the moment."

"Oh okay, well if you need anything you know I'm here for you."

"Yeah, thanks. Anyway I best get to psychology."

"Okay, meet at lunch?" She asked.

"Sure." I replied before making my way to class.

When I arrived to class the teacher wasn't there yet. Honestly I hate it when they moan about us being late but they are always late themselves.

Hayden locked his eyes with mine and made his way over to the empty chair next me.

"Hey shortie."

"Hey! I'm not that short." I argued.

"Yeah right," he laughed. "You okay?"

Honestly I don't know why everyone keeps asking me this. Don't get me wrong I know they care about me and are worried which I appreciate but I'm obviously not okay. It's not like I was going to say that though.

"Yeah, I'm good." I replied.

"I spoke to Nate this morning, I think he's actually glad to be back at uni." He smiled.

"That's good." I replied not knowing what else to say.

Just then the teacher walked in.

"I'll see you at lunch." Hayden said before walking to the opposite side of the class.

"Sure." I sighed. Ugh. More classes. Just great.

Nate's POV:

"Bloody hell Nate, it looks like you've been in a fight." Dylan joked as he made his way towards me.

It's Monday now and I've just parked up on campus for my afternoon lecture. "What are you going on about?" I replied annoyed.

"Your eyes, have you not been sleeping? Is it because of what happened with Mia? Nessa told me."

"This has nothing do with her. Now leave me alone please." I shrugged him off and walked into university. I must have sounded really pissed because he didn't follow me.

Once I settled into my seat I couldn't help but think about her and the things that I said that day. I felt bad for what I did but it needed to be done. It was getting too much that my brain has been trying to remember her in my dreams. For example last night I kept seeing her in a red hoodie laughing about something and few days before I dreamt about her sitting on this worn out black sofa, lots of pictures of musicians on the wall behind it, she looked upset. Oh, then there was the one where she was on a Ferris wheel and then the one where she was smiling at this pendant. I had so many that I haven't been able to sleep, she's messing with my head.

After my class I couldn't wait to go back home to rest. My head was banging all lesson that I couldn't focus properly. Getting back to my apartment, I got out of my clothes and changed into a pair of sweatpants. I then went into my living room and laid on the sofa. As I was about to grab hold of the remote, the door to the apartment swung open and in came Sophia. I sat up and greeted her. "Hi, come on in. I'm so happy to see you." I said sarcastically.
