This past week has definitely gone by so slowly. It's been a little while since the incident at Nessa's party and people are now starting to forget about it.
At the start me and Hayden were definitely the talk of the town. People would look at me weirdly, I guess they would though after what Stephanie said but it's all okay now since someone started a rumour about some girl and the maths teacher seeing each other and also people were now slowly getting used to Hayden being gay. It came as a really big shock for most. Most as in all the female students who probably dreamt about being with him but most people are very nice around here so it hasn't been bad to bad for him. Except for the fact that his dad still isn't talking to him. He's acting like a total asshole.
I was talking to him last night about it all. You can definitely tell how happy he is now. He doesn't have to hide his relationship anymore, so it's been so much better for both Hayden and Josh. They are so good together as well, it's cute. The fact that they are finally out, it's like a weight has been lifted from their shoulders.
He was telling me that his dad has been avoiding him a lot. It's really upsetting to hear, I don't understand how he could treat his own son like that. Camila has definitely been a great support to him though. I just hope that eventually he comes round, for Hayden's sake. From what Hayden and Nate have told me I know he isn't exactly the world's greatest dad but I mean come on, he has to try. Hopefully someone can knock some sense into the idiot.
Speaking of Nate, we've been texting and calling each other here and there, but to be honest we're both just really busy. He's got his exams and I've got my mocks. I will admit though, we have grown closer. We have so much in common with each other yet we're so different. Every time we speak I get this weird feeling, I don't know how to explain it, it's weird. I just really do enjoy talking to him. He did say that he would be back for the Christmas holidays so that'll be good. The whole gang back together.
I miss the others as well, Sophia, Matty and Dylan. Dylan and Vanessa have grown extremely close, I can tell they really like each other. They're constantly talking on the phone it's cute. Thinking about it, I actually haven't seen Nessa, Noah and Hayden in a while.
We've all been so stressed about these mocks, I know they ain't real but we still want to do well on them so we know if we're on track to do well in the real ones. These past few weeks have been so hectic, I've finally sent in my university application as well so hopefully I'll get some offers back soon. It's going to be so weird, starting university. I'm so nervous but at the same time I'm so excited it's definitely going to be fun. I didn't really think to much on what university to go to, I know I want to study English lit and from what I heard from Nate Rosewood university seemed to be a great choice since it's so close to home as well. Fingers crossed it'll work out.
I've been locked in my room these past few days revising. I had two mocks today and I've got my Law and psychology ones tomorrow. I hate when I have two or more exams on the same day, it's so stressful and tiring. One exam a day is enough! But thankfully we all have our last ones tomorrow so we will have two whole weeks to relax and have fun. I need to get my Christmas shopping done as well, I haven't got anything for anyone but at least I can do that these next few days before Christmas next week. I want to get everyone something special but I have no idea what.
Just a few more hours of revision to go before it's all over. I can't wait, Christmas and new year is definitely going to be good this year.
