Chapter 12

I was currently sat with my dad and Luke around the kitchen island whilst we ate our breakfast.

I've honestly never seen Luke so happy before. His girlfriend Kiana is flying out soon to spend sometime with him as they haven't seen each other since we moved out here. It's cute really. She's like the older sister I've always wanted but instead I got stuck with a very annoying older brother. Thinking back to last night, I remember how happy I was to spend some time with everyone, we are all becoming really close.

"Mia?" Dad asked.

"Sorry what? I wasn't paying attention?" I responded.

"Yeah she's too busy dreaming about that guy that dropped her off last night." Luke laughed.

"Shut up Luke." I said whilst throwing a cloth at him.

"Hey!" He said throwing it back at me.

"Okay you two, that's enough. Was it that Hayden boy who dropped you off?" Asked Dad.

"Er no. It was his older brother Nate."

"Wow, moving on to his brother." laughed Luke.

"Shut up Luke!" I said whilst my cheeks turned a subtle red. Just after that my phone started to ring with a number I didn't recognise.

"I bet that's him." Luke laughed, causing me to send him a glare.

"Hello?"

"Hey munchkin."

"Nate? How did you get my number?" I asked.

"Ooo Dad it's Nate." Luke said laughing while my dad snickers at Luke's words.

"Don't worry about that love. I have my ways." Nate responded.

"You mean Hayden?"

"Maybe. Anyway listen, Dylan suggested that we should all take a little road trip today for a couple of days. There's this place just near the coast where we usually go. Matty's uncle owns the cabin. It's a really cool place. So anyway we're leaving today at 1:30pm hoping you'd like to join?" Asked Nate.

"Ermmm, I'm not too sure."

"Oh come on munchkin. Hayden and Noah are coming." He said. "Vanessa is coming as well, Dylan called her to ask"

"Okay fine, I'll ask my dad. Only because I don't want to be bored for the next week."

"Whatever you say munchkin. Hopefully we will see you at ours at 1pm. Don't worry munchkin, you will have a great time. I Promise." Said Nate.

After explaining to my dad the Sanders have invited me to a trip and whose going. He gave his permission.

"So road trip with lover boy ey? Just don't go making babies anytime soon, I'm too young to be a uncle." Laughed Luke.

"Okay that's it. Your gonna get it now!" I said before running after Luke ready to beat the crap out of him. Not before hearing my dad laugh "How on earth are you two my kids".

We were all currently sat in Hayden's and Nate's living room deciding on the driving situation.

"Okay" Hayden said. "Mia, Nate, Nessa and Dylan are all in Nate's car and the rest of us are in Matty's car. Sorted."

"That's fine by me. Two whole hours sat right next to the sexy Luigi." said Dylan sending Nessa a wink.

"Please stop." Nessa said.

"Ahh sweetheart trust me, you won't be saying that later." He laughed.
