I woke up with a text from Hayden saying that Nate is going to be coming home today. The doctors have said that he is well enough to come home and as far as his memory goes he still doesn't remember a thing since the first day he came back. He doesn't remember me.
All I want to do is sleep and feel sorry for myself but I know I have to get up. Dragging myself out of bed I brushed my teeth, had a shower and got ready. Making my way downstairs I saw my dad, Luke and Julie. Julie has been spending a lot of time here recently but I don't mind seeing as how happy she makes my dad.
"How are you feeling sweetie?" Asked Julie.
"I'm okay, thanks."
"Here, eat this." Luke smiled at me whilst putting some bacon and eggs in front of me.
"I'm not really hungry."
"You have to eat darling." Dad said.
"Fine." I replied knowing he wasn't going to stop pestering me until I ate it.
"I best get going," said Julie. "I have a few errands to run." She said before giving my dad a kiss. "See you later Luke, bye Mia."
"Bye." I replied before she left.
"Darling, I know you are worried and upset about Nate but you have to take care of yourself." My dad said.
"Dads right." Luke agreed.
"Guys, I am. I just, I need him to remember." I said slowly.
"I know darling." Said Dad before he gave me a hug. "He will soon."
"Why don't you go see him today?" Asked Luke.
"I don't know. Hayden invited the whole gang to have a little welcome home party for him but what's the use of me being there when he can't remember me."
"Maybe if you spend time with him, he might remember something."
"Maybe."
A few hours later I was standing in front of the Sanders house debating with myself if this was a good idea or not. Finally gaining the courage to just go with it, I knocked on the door.
"Hey." It was Nate. Oh boy. "Mia right? I'm sorry I keep forgetting your name, I'm just still a little confused."
"Hey it's fine." I smiled, not wanting to upset him. "So it's good to be home right?"
"Yeah so good-"
"Nate!" Hayden called from behind him. Nate looked at him to see what he wanted. "Let her in."
Realising he hasn't invited me in he put his head down like he was disappointed in himself before letting me in. Once I was settled in I turned to Nate to carry the conversation on but he was gone. Hayden told me not to worry about it and we both headed to the cinema room.

It's been a while since I've came here now and we've watched at least two films and Nate hasn't came down once.
"So what film you want to watch now." Dylan asked Hayden as he tightens his hold on Nessa.
"I'm sorry guys but I can't stay here anymore." I said getting ready to leave. I just couldn't sit here anymore knowing my boyfriend who doesn't remember me is upstairs and I just really want to be with him right now but I can't and it hurts. But before I could leave Matty grabbed hold of my arm. Trying to get out of his hold, he told me to sit and listen. Once I sat back down, he started rambling on about this idea of trying to trigger Nate's memory. Soon later Hayden got Nate to come down and we were all sitting around in a circle on the living room floor.
