"Are ya angry, love?" Cassidy asked softly, entering the room but pausing by the door; the two of you had had a fairly large argument that resulted in you ignoring him all day and him pining after you.
"No," you sighed eventually, looking over at him. "I'm not angry at you, Cas. I'm angry at the fact that everyone seems to be leaving me, and yet you're still here. Why? What'd I do to deserve you?"
"Well," Cassidy began, sitting on the bed beside you. "I ask myself the same 'thing. I'm sorry I pissed ya off earlier."
"It's okay," you told him softly. "All's forgiven."
