The second he found out you were pregnant, Cassidy focused on you completely; he stopped taking drugs, didn't smoke or drink around you, and became attentive, almost like a shadow, following you everywhere and anywhere but also constantly getting everything you desired or needed.
One night, you were fairly hungry, but you were also thirsty, and there was no food in the fridge, nor were there any nonalcoholic drinks.
"It's fine love," Cassidy reassured, giving your forehead a quick kiss and gently patting your stomach. "I'll be right back, alright? Jesse's just down the hall if you need anything, but I won't be long."
"Thank you, Cass," you smiled lazily from your spot on the bed. "Hurry up, yeah?"
"Of course," he nodded, smiling back. "I'll be right back."
