Cassidy gazed down at your baby daughter, her eyes were shining and he cradled her in his arms while you sat beside him smiling.

"She's got the whole universe in her eyes," he breathed out with a smile, wonderment evident in his own eyes.

"She's got your eyes then," you said softly, watching Cassidy happily hold the baby. "But what are we gonna call her?"

"Iris," he said, and the baby cooed. "Me little girl Iris."
