You had taken Cassidy star gazing, and while you talked about all the Greek, Roman and other great and brilliant myths, he simply lost himself in the sound of your voice, drowned in the blinding passion of your eyes, cursed with the lovestruck little smiles you gave him. He wasn't even listening to what you were saying, as he had simply become lost.

"Are you even listening?" You chuckled quietly, yanking the vampire back to reality.

"No," he chuckled, knowing you knew him too well to even bother lying. "Sorry, love."

"It's alright," you reassured, a small smile playing in your lips. "It's just silly old myths and legends anyway."
