"Did you just flick me?!" Cassidy asked, looking up at Ewan, who grinned at his father.

"Yeah," the young boy shrugged, sitting between you and your husband. "Mummy isn't waking up."

"Lad," Cassidy chuckled, taking a glance at your sleeping form and smiling. "Trust me, you wouldn't wanna wake your Ma up for anything. Anyway, what do you want?"

"I..." Ewan looked down at his little hands as he toyed with the duvet. "I had a nightmare..."

"D'ya wanna stay here?" Cassidy asked his son, the boy nodded. "Alright."
