Chapter 29

Sophie's POV

Luke was really putting in a fantastic show, the best I had seen him perform, where he gets his energy from I don't know. The show was nearly finished I was going to go backstage now and wait for him in the dressing room but I was having way to much fun, I would give him time to get washed up and settled before I go and see him. Kara was going to do the same, she ain't seen Carter in ages but they weren't dating or anything they were the type of people if they where in the same place then they would hook up. Uncomplicated she called it.
"Hey Sophie y'all ready to go back and see Luke, he is going to be so surprised when you turn up at his door" she said
"Yeah I'm ready girl let me go to the bathroom and I will be ready to go" I said heading to the rest rooms
While I was in the stall I heard a group of girls talking
"I can't believe he invited us backstage, it's like a dream come true." This one girl said
"Charlie he is totally into you didn't you see the  way he was looking at you during the VIP set"
What the fuck. Are they speaking about Luke, surely not they must be mistaken. I remained in the stall until they left. I got out washe dmy hands and went to go find Kara. She was standing talking to the security and I saw Kerrie coming down the hall
"Oh my god Sophie, what are you doing here. Does Luke know your here" she asked surprised
"No he don't I'm here to surprise him, but after what I overheard in the ladies I feel like turning around and going home." I said
"Why what's happened" Kara said concerned
"Did you see those girls who left, well apparently my so called boyfriend has invited them backstage, and he couldn't keep his eyes off one of them. Is this true Kerrie" I said turning to her. I was mad as hell
"Sophie honestly I don't know what your talking about. Come on we will head to his dressing room now. I'm sure it's only him and the guys" she said turning and walking along the corridor
I approached his dressing room and my stomach was churning. I didn't know what to expect behind those doors. Kerrie opened the door. I couldn't see Luke straight away but I did see the colour drain from Carters face. Then I saw him, all cosy in the corner with some little slut. I was walked over to him and screamed
"You bastard, is this what you do all the time when we are apart. I'm done" I said
I heard him calling me
"Sophie please nothing happened we were..."
"Save it Luke. How could you do this to me. I thought you loved me" I said tears streaming down my face
"Sophie it's not like it looks. We were only having a drink" he said trying to pull me towards him.
"Fuck you" I shouted as I ran. I don't know where I was going but I needed some air.  I heard Luke and Kara arguing but I didn't care. I was hyperventilating I needed to get out of here. How could he do this ......
