"Sophie do you not think you where a bit hasty in ending it all with him so quick" Kara said
"Kara I don't know. I'm so hurt right now I just wanna get home. Did you manage to get us a flight" I asked
"Yeah it leaves in two hours" she said
"Good." I said
"Sophie are you really not going to give him a chance to make it up to you. Come on it's Luke freaking Bryan" she said
"Kara he is Luke to me. His status is nothing. He could have nothing but the clothes on his back and I would still love him" I said
"So you still love him" she asked
"Of course I do that's why walking away from him hurts so damn much." I said saddened
"Then don't" she said
"I just wanna go home Kara. I need some space" I said
"Ok honey. But don't cut him out your life. I seen the pain in his eyes he is truly sorry. Michael said he is a wreck he ain't stopped crying since we left" she said
"Well now he knows how I feel. Come on let's get to the airport"
We got in another cab and made our way to the airport to catch a flight. I was quiet the whole flight. Listening to my iPod, I had it on shuffle and out of the blue Do I came on and my eyes filled up and the tears started. I could have turned it off but I couldn't
"Sophie honey you ok" Kara asked me
"Yeah I'm fine"
I replied and looked out the window into the darkness.
The plane touched down and Kara and I got out the plane and made our separate ways home.
"You sure you don't want me to come with you tonight" she asked
"I'm fine. I'm just gonna go to bed. Thank you Kara for being there for me" I said giving her a hug
Tonight was definitely not how I planned tonight was gonna be. I should be tangled up with the love of my life but because he can't seem to think with nothing rather than his dick I am sitting here on my way home with no one. The cab pulled up outside my house, I paid the driver and he helped me inside with my bags. The place was so small compared to Luke's place. Arrrrggggghhhhh why did he do this. I turned on my cellphone and numerous missed calls, text messages and voicemail from him.
Luke: Sophie please answer
Luke: I ❤️ u
Luke: I'm so sorry please forgive me
There were loads more like this and the voicemails where just the same. I didn't delete them I just silenced them. I text Kara to let her know I was home safely and I would call her tomorrow. I locked my door and just went straight to bed and cried myself to sleep thinking of the beautiful brown eyes that betrayed me.
