The rest of Christmas Day went absolutely brilliant, I have not had this much fun at the holidays in absolute ages.
"Daddy, can I ask you something" Thomas said
"Yeah buddy whats up" I asked
"When the baby comes can I come live with you all the time" he asked
I was caught on the back foot
"Won't you miss your mommy" I said
"Yeah but she does yell at me a lot for nothing and you and Sophie are really cool" he said
"I don't think you mama would like you being away forever, we can have turns about" I said
"Ok" he said kinda sad
"Hey Thomas don't be sad, I will speak to mama, see if she can stop yelling at you ok and I will ask if you can stay with me all of your school holidays, how does that sound" I said
He ran over and hugged me
"Your the best Daddy" He said as he ran to play with Til
Sophie case into the kitchen and I grabbed her and pulled her close,
"Hey wife to be" I said kissing her
"Hey husband" she said kissing me back
I lifted her up on the counter and deepened the kiss
"Luke baby someone may walk in" she giggled
"It's ok they all are watching a movie" I said kissing her neck.
Just as I was about to put my hand up her shirt I heard someone clearing there throat behind us, it was mama.
"Don't mind me" she laughed
I was so embarrassed, I lifted Sophie down and whispered
"Rain check"

I where laying in bed and Sophie was getting ready for bed. I looked at her and smiled
"Now, how about that rain check"
