Selena's POV

_______________________
So it was time. The funeral had started 5 minutes ago, depressing music playing from the churches piano, The funeral speeches will begin in 25 minutes. God damn it. Why can't this be over already? This whole damn thing was my fault. If I would've just let him rape me instead of being the whiny little bitch I am and calling dad to the rescue, then he would've still been alive, and I wouldn't have wasted as many tears as I did. Things would've been a hell of a lot easier for me.

Autumn's POV

_______________________

I glanced over to my best friend, tears spilling out of her eyes, knowing what was going through her mind.

She always did this. Always thought these kinds if things. I wish she hadn't. She made the right choice by calling someone, even if they died to know that they saved her. That's why he'll go to heaven. I'm proud of him. And her. Both of them. I loved her dad like my own dad- he was so caring and kind. He never yelled at her even when she deserved to, and he could beat someone's ass in a heartbeat. I've never meet someone who's not a professional fighter to fight like one. But just by one look in her eyes, I knew exactly in her mind what was going in. I knew her too well.

I felt bad for her though. She doesn't deserve this. Then again, not everyone deserves everything. It's just fucked up how she god raped and right after she went downstairs to find her dad with bullets through his chest and blood everywhere. By everywhere- I mean everywhere.

She must have been horrified.

I would've been.

I looked in my peripheral vision noticed that Autumn was staring at me. What the fuck? Why is she staring at me like someone is staring at a blank wall? Does she think I'm going to be a psychotic bitch now? Ugh whatever.

It's been about twenty minutes since the funeral started.

Ten minutes left.

Ten minutes. I reminded myself of the time I had to get up and lecture about my father's death.

This was going to be fun...

They started the speeches. I was supposed to be first, but now I'm second to last. At least I wasn't the very last, but the very first either...

"I knew Michael for many years now and to know that he is completely gone from our lives, you forget how much you miss them. He was a nice man. He was that kind of person to make sure everyone around him was okay before he made sure he was alright himself..." A woman was saying. Did I even know her?

I pulled out my phone.

Wtf? Lmfao I don't even know this girl... Was she my dad's fuck buddy or something?... Why is she even here?

A few seconds later I hear my phone chime. Oh shit, I forgot to turn the ringer off! I quickly and quietly turned my ringer off before anyone could notice it was me. I can still hear the indistinct voice of the woman's speech in the background while I was texting Autumn.

Lmfao fuck buddy? She can actually get it in with someone? Sounds like someone we know...

I laughed at my phone... People looking at me like I was crazy. I knew who she was talking about. We both knew. She was the most annoying girl you could ever meet, and every single word that came out of her mouth was bullshit. Complete bullshit.

To: Autumn BieberEspinosaReynoldsDallasCaniffRivera

Yeah I know who hahaha

I locked my phone and put it down when I noticed some girl who I did know make her speech. But what did I know her from? I can't remember, but I will sure as hell find out. I may not recognized her, but I knew whatever I knew her from, it wasn't a good thing. Especially when I heard her speech. It was short... But unusual. Very unusual.

"Dico tibi, Domine, signum in bonum tribuam tibi familia vitam. Maxime pullum: Selena. Domina, domina fortuna, Domine, de fortuna. FATUM in percusserit. Ea vita beata est, ut causas requiem. Et omnibus Sanctis, Mater pia, O bona Selena tortam fatum. Amen."

It was in Latin. I understood what it translated to though. What she said was:

"I say to you, my Lord, you will put a good miracle in this family's life. Especially the young one, Selena. Lady luck lady luck help her out. Bad fortune has struck her throughout. Make her life blessed, so her worries can rest. Mother Theresa and all of the saints, please help Selena with a good twist of fate. Amen."

I was so confused. But then I knew who it was. I knew exactly who it was.
