Selena’s POV

We got to Autumn’s house and the first thing we said to each other was, “I WANT TO SEE THE DRESS YOU GOT!!” We both laughed at the coincidence again, and pulled out our dresses.
“Ok turn around and we’ll show each other on three,” Autumn said.
“Ok. 1...2...3!!” I yelled.
We both looked at the dresses and got completely pissed with each other. This is why we should’ve shopped TOGETHER at the fucking dress shop. Fuck. We always shopped together, and today was the ONE FUCKING DAY we didn’t, and this is why we always shopped together.
“WHAT?!?! YOU STOLE MY DRESS!!” Autumn yelled- she was so pissed. “I SHOULD’VE KNOWN THAT YOU WERE GOING TO DO THIS. WHAT THE FUCK SELENA!”
“STOP YELLING AT ME AND LISTEN-” I yelled to her. Hypocrite much? Oh well. “It is MY father’s funeral in a few hours and we are NOT about to fight over having the same fucking dress. Pipe the fuck down, it’s fine!!” I finished my sentence. Even though I did want to scream in her face, I realized that it was just pointless to fight over a dress. I didn’t want to lose my best friend over a dress. “Ugh this is so complicated,” my subconscious reminds me.
******3 hours later******
It was finally time for the funeral. I made sure not to put on a lot of makeup, and whatever makeup I did decide to put on, was waterproof. There was going to be a lot of crying today. I was supposed to be the first speech, but I asked to go last so I could gather myself together. Of course my brother didn’t show up to the funeral. Fucking douchebag. This is why he won’t be able to take care of me, because he can’t even show up to his own father’s funeral. That’s fucked up.
