It was... my mom. I thought she was dead. Dead. Why would my dad lie to me. My dad... The one who's always been here for me. The one who I consider my hero. The one who's funeral I'm standing at right here-right now. Why?
I'm pissed. Pissed that she hasn't been in my life for 14 years. Pissed that she left my dad for absolutely no reason. Pissed that she's just coming into my life at my father's funeral. Pissed at the fact that I know that I'm going to have to live with her.
I'm going to kill her.
I hope she goes to hell...

I couldn't believe it. Before I just thought it was some random girl but then I looked at the woman. It was Selena's mom. That sounds weird to say. She never really had a mom.
I saw Selena storm out of the church pissed off. I chased after her in hopes of her wanting to talk to me. I tried saying something to her once I caught up to her, but instead she broke down in tears.
Her head was resting on my shoulder, crying endlessly. Makeup staining my dress, and not really caring, I started patting her back. Then I started to break down myself. She was my best friend. I could never imagine something this bad happening to her. But I better start, because it was.
She finally stopped crying and whispered in my ear. I couldn't believe what she said. I got scared...

A/N I know this chapter was suuuppperr short but it's 2 in the morning and I'm soo tired. Btw I just want to say a very happy bday to my bestest friend in the entire world, Autumn. We've been through hell and back with each other but our friendship is worth so much more than anything. I'd choose her over any person in this entire world. Even MAGCON.
