Iyon ang una kong narinig ng magising ako.. Babae ang nagmamay-ari ng tinig  na iyon. Hindi ko alam kung gaano katagal akong walang malay..

At karagdagan pa sa pagkadismaya ko ay nakapiring ang mga mata ko.

This place is yet familiar.. Hindi ko man nakikita ang kabuuan ng lugar pero dahil sa presense na nararamdaman ko dito, alam kong nasa dungeon ako..

Kaya naman pilit kong inalala ang mga nangyari kung bakit ako nandito ngayon..

Magkakasama kami nila Akane na nagpunta sa gubat dahil kailangan naming dagdagan ang Shinigami detector. Dahil maliit lang ang limit ng dating mga detector, pinadagdagan ni Papa ang mga ito. At bilang mga seniors ng Tantei high at nabibilang sa Atama, sa amin ito ibinigay.

Pero habang nasa gubat kami, may area doon na hindi namin malagyan ng detector.. Hindi namin alam kung bakit pero sa tuwing iseset up namin ang invisible device na binigay sa amin ni Sir Hiroshi ay biglang magbo-blocked ito at sa huling beses na nilagay namin ito, nang inactivate ko ito ay bigla nalang may pumutok sa device. Pagkatapos nun ay hindi ko na alam kung anong nangyari.. Kung dahil ba ako ang malapit sa device kung kaya malakas yung impact sa akin, o kung na-fall ba kami sa trap ng mga Shinigami..?

Hindi ko pa alam sa ngayon kung anong nangyari.. Pero dahil hindi abot ang detector, maging ang mga traps namin sa area na iyon, hindi malabong may inilagay ang mga Shinigami doon upang kami ang ma-trap nila..

Ako lang ba ang nakuha nila?

Sana ay ako lang.. Sana okay lang sila Akane..

Pero hindi pwedeng maghintay lang ako dito.. Kailangan kong gumawa ng paraan..

"So you're finally awake!"

And that's when I heard the same voice I earlier.
Though her voice seemed to be much matured, I'm not yet sure.
I'm struggling to see her because of this cloth which coverings my eyes. And yet it confuses me because it is just a piece of fabric but I cannot use my sixth sense on it. I can usually see through it but not this time..

And she spokes as if she had read my mind..

"I see that you are struggling to use your sixth sense, am I right princess? "

"Who are you?!"

"Oh! not that fast my dear.. I am glad though that you really are resemblance of your mother, Rielle.. But it also pisses me off because I can exactly see her in you.. And on that point, I would have really take the pleasure of killing you slowly.. But first, let me get what I can get from you as beneficial to my tribe.."

"Why don't you just kill me?! You cannot get anything from me!"

"Yes I can and I will."

"What do you want from me?!"

"Your eyes..."

"You won't get what you want!"

And from that moment I can't breath. It seemed that she is suffocating me, like she is squeezing my throat. I can't breathe properly. If I'm gonna die right now I want to die fighting for my life! Not just sitting here like a pathetic human waiting for for my own death to strike me! And the thought of me dying really squeezed my heart a ton times because I may not have the chance to see my family one last time..

And then suddenly the torture stops. It then left me gasping hard for air..
And then her laughter fills the area.
She laughs just like the evil witch from movies I've watch when I was young.

"Ohh poor Akemi.. Or shall I call you by your real name? Do you know what you owe me? Well I guess not.. So let me introduce myself to you.."

And then I heard her footsteps came closer to where I am sitting. She stops right infront of me. I can feel her strong presense though..

"Well, I am the one who kept you and your mother alive while she was still carrying you in her womb. I gave you all the nutrients you need enable for you to survive.. Do you realize that?"

And then that's when it hits me.
She is the scientist and the researcher way back on my mother's tribe.. She is the one who assisted my mother to give birth..

She laughed again and this time I can sense her bitterness in her tone..

"Your mother was such a pain in the ass. She's just an ungrateful brat! I gave her a second chance to life but then this is what I've got in return! She let her weakness control over her!  She let herself be trapped on her own mission! And pathetically fell inlove with a rival tribe member! That Hideo! He must be dead right now if it's not because of your mother! That tribe must have been already swiped out! Now I've lost my tribe and because of that, you are going to pay for it! I will make you  suffer wherein you would come to a point that you will beg for your death than to feel me torturing you in every step of the way.. You are just like your mother!

I kept my mouth shut. I'm just listening to her silently. I felt too weak on this situation but I'd rather remain silent to what she was saying because I knew that if I say something,I might regret it for it may annoy her more.

Maybe one of the reason is that I really don't know what she had been through. And all this time she is suffering from her pain and for her, it will only relieve
through her revenge..

"I'm wondering though why you are still alive.. Sa dami ng Shinigami na gustong maghiganti kay Hideo, you're still lucky though.. "

Pero nagulat ako ng bigla akong makaramdam ng kakaibang sakit mula sa paanan ko..

What is she doing to me?!

It felt like she put some chemical substance on my foot and my skin is reacting very bad on it.

Pakiramdam ko ay nasusunog ang bandang paanan ko..
