UWTP : Him

Him PoV

I was silently reading a book when someone sat on the chair in front of me. I'm here in my favorite place here in our palace, the library. Well, this is the best place I know, and I love reading books the most.

"Young prince.."

"Go ahead," maikling saad ko, not even giving him a glance.

"The magesties want to see you. Meron daw kayong importanteng pag-uusapan"—napakunot ang noo ko. In this 11 o'clock at midnight. How come? Gaano ba ito ka importante at hindi pwedeng ipag-umaga ang sasabihin nila?

I just shrugged my shoulders and teleported to my parents' room. Not minding that man's presence. I'm too lazy to take a walk.

Pinagmasdan ko ang buong kwarto nila at napako ang tingin ko sa dalawang tao na naghaharutan. They are so sweet to each other and they're just like teenagers sa mga kilos nila.

Tahimik akong umupo sa sofa while still watching them. Dad combing mommy's hair. I just rolled my eyes ng makitang bigla nitong binatukan si daddy.

"hon naman! Nakakailan ka na ah!"- mommy glared at him.

"Jusmiyo! Ilang beses ko na bang sinabi sayong dahan dahan lang! Balak mo ba kong kalbuhin?"- nag aalburotong hiyaw nito. Daddy just pouted

"Kasi naman hon eh. Ilang beses ko na din bang sinabi sayo na hindi ako sanay at isa pa bakit ba kasi ako pa ang napili mong magsuklay sayo. Ang daming taong pwede mong pagpilian, bakit ako pa?"- he said while pouting. My mom has a lot of maids, pero ni isa ay wala pang nakakahawak sa buhok nito. Napailing na lamang ako. Napaka importante ng buhok niya para sa kaniya.

"Nagrereklamo ka ba?"

"H-uh? Hindi ah! Nagpapaliwanag lang ako!"

"Sinisigawan mo ko eh!"

"Hindi kaya!"

"Sinasabi mo bang nabibinge na ko?

"Wahhhhh Hindi nohh! Ikaw nagsabi nyan!"

"Bwiset ka! Lumayas ka nga sa harapan ko bago ko pa lagasin lahat ng buhok mo!"

"Mahal na mahal kita hon pero hindi ako makakapayag na makalbo ako ng brutal na kagaya mo!"

Agad itong kumaripas ng takbo ng akmang tototohanin na ni mommy ang banta nito.

"Hoy isip bata bumalik ka dito!"

"Wahhhhh, son, help me!!"I rolled my eyes ng tumabi ito sakin at daig pa ang linta sa kapit nito. I give him my dagger look.

"Stop this bullshit before you can kill me, dad," I said in my serious tone. Pano ba naman? Sa kalikutan niya hindi man lang niya namamalayan na nasasakal na niya ko.

"Hehehe, ganon ba?" alanganing saad nito at nag peace sign. Napailing na lamang ako ng bigla itong umayos ng upo ng makita si mommy na nasa harapan na namin at nakatingin sa kaniya ng masama.

"Son, can you help me out of this?" He whispered beside me. He's really childish. I shift my gaze to my mom.

"What do you need from me?" I cannot find a sensible answer if Daddy is the one I ask. Baka san pa kami mapunta -,-

"Before we proceed to our topic.. hayaan mo munang kalbuhin ko ang isip bata mong tatay"- napalunok ng ilang beses ang katabi ko. Mahinang kinalabit ako nito at bumulong.

"Make a way, son, pleasheee, save me from her wrath." I closed my eyes tightly and problematically sighed.

"You can do whatever you want after we talk about the reason why I came here." I saw in my peripheral the sudden paleness of the person beside me. Well, I can't blame him. Mom's really brutish, and she will do whatever she says. I already warned you; she's not as easy an opponent as you think.

Mom smirks at my dad at mas lalong lumalala ang pagkaputla nito. Tila tinakasan na ng dugo sa katawan.

"No one will gonna save you this time.."

"Huhuhu i surrender na! Wala akong balak makalbo! Uulan ng dugo! Magdidikit ang langit at lupa! Iiyak lahat ng mga babae. Ayokong mangyari yon!"

"Tsk do you think kalbo lang aabutin mo?"

"Wahhhh hon naman eh! Maawa ka sa ubod na gwapo mong husband!"

"Kapal talaga ng mukha mo!"

"Naman! May manipis bang mukha?"

Mom glared at him

"At talagang sumasagot-sagot ka pa!?"

"Malamang may bibig ako hehehe"

Akmang susugurin na ni mom si dad ng magsalita ako.

"Keep going, and I'll make sure that you'll regret it."

They surely don't really mind my presence. Now, I regret going here. I've wasted many hours.

Namuo ang katahimikan sa buong kwarto. No one dares to speak, but I can see in my mom's eyes that she's blaming dad for his stupid acts, while dad just shook his head. He's really in love with my mom, no doubt about that.

Napailing na lamang ako. A childish man and a brutish woman—the perfect combination—in one environment means chaos.

Tumikhim si mom na ikinakuha ng atensyon ko.

"I just want to tell you that.. you will go to the mortal world." My right eyebrow rises.

What the hell is that? Why would I go there? I hate that world the most. Because of them, lots of us died. They kill people like us. Makita lang nilang kakaiba, gagawin na nilang ekspirimento. How I love to rip off their heads against their bodies.

They are weak.

"Do you think I'll allow that to happen?"

"You want it or not. You don't have a choice. This is for our people's sake"—napantig ang tenga ko sa sinabi nito.

People's sake..

"Keep going.."

"Someone on that world can save our world against them."

"Someone? How come? They're just mortal, easy to die." My forehead ceased. That's impossible.

"Yeah, she's just from the mortal world, but you can't underestimate her. We don't know anything about her, and we don't have the right to judge her. And one more thing: she's our savior. We need her."

I rolled my eyes and stood up. Ano pa nga bang magagawa ko? Even if I say I won't, I don't have a choice. They've already made up their minds, and I can't disobey their orders. They're still my parents. They are still the rulers of our kingdom.

"Anything else?" I ask before I go.

"Bukas na ang alis mo at makakasama mo ang dalawa mong guardian sa paghahanap mo sakaniya."

"Any information about her?"

"About that? Hehehe"—Mom glared at dad.

"Actually, we don't have one." I shifted my gaze to my mom, and my forehead ceased again. Their world is too big. You can't expect me to find her in that world. Dagdagan mo pa ang mga taong nakatira sa mundong yon.

"But we know exactly where she is."
