"I'll see you at lunch Hayley. Stop pouting." She did not listen to me. She never listens to me, instead she slams her locker shut. "Rhys stop, you're being silly. I'm still dropping you home."
"Yeah." She nodded "Then you're going over to Ashley's to work on a song. She's gonna hear you sing for the first time, she's gonna hear you play guitar. Me, no. I don't even-"
God is she annoying.
"Stop Hayley." My hands were tightly gripping her waist and I pushed her back into her locker. My face was only inches away from hers and I placed one hand beside her head.
"You." Her eyes were looking intently into mine "You are the one I-" Wait where was I going with this? I stopped myself before I could finish that sentence. "You are mine okay? I picked you." She squirmed under my gaze and nodded her head slowly. Her tongue went out to lick her lips and her chest rose heavily. I smirked and brought my mouth closer to her ear.
"Now I don't want to hear anymore about this." I pulled back but I saw Hayley's mouth open and close. "Something to say baby?" I raised an eyebrow and she raised one right back.
"Yeah." Her voice came off as a whisper, light, breathless. "What if I don't listen? What if I ignore your rule, because to be honest Montgomery I don't care what you want to hear." She was playing with me, she had to be.
"Then Rhys." I pushed myself impossibly closer "You." My breath fanned her neck. "Will." Her lip slipped under her teeth and her eyes didn't leave mine. "Be." The sexual tension was thicker than ever before and I hadn't even touched her yet. "Punished." I brushed a strand of hair from the side of her cheek. Her lips parted and they were practically begging me to kiss her.
"Man can't you hear the bell? We're gonna be late. Now is not that time to be- whatever this is- with your girl." Dans hand slapped my shoulder and drew my attention back to reality. Hayley released a deep breath.
"Saved by the bell." I pecked her on the cheek and left for class. Let's see her try and focus now.
