"So what exactly are we looking at?" Mugga asked as I drove to this lot I had found on line.
Mugga and Jungle were released from jail 3 days ago and shit I was happy to have my niggas back out here.
I didn't really trust people so it felt good to have my homies with me and know I can go to them for anything and not worry about shit.
"We're looking for like empty lots and shit" I told him as I made a left at the light.
"For what? Fuck yo ass need a lot for?" He laughed
"I'm trying to start my own car dealership. So I need an empty lot so I can build my shit on"
"Don't you think that's expensive though?" Jungle said
"Shit ain't everything expensive when it comes to starting your own business?"
"Yeah but some shit cost more bread than others. Like You said you want a car wash or dealership right?" He asked
"Yeah"
"So start off with a car wash. There's hella run down car washes out here that you can buy and fix up. That way if shit ain't a hit you won't lose that much money" Jungle said as we pulled up to the lot I was looking at on line
"He's right Dave. Like this lot has nothing which means you gonna have to build yo place. Materials and shit gonna cost yo ass a couple thousands then all the shit that goes into it. Then yo ass need money to make deals with car companies G. You ain't ready for all that"
I sat back taking in everything they just said and they're right. I'm not financially ready for all this shit. I let the idea of a better future for us take over my thoughts that I wasn't thinking shit through.
"Man ya'll right. I just want to start making hella money so I can provide for my family man" I told them backing out and pulling off
"We know the feeling but you gotta understand yo ass barely 19. You can't expect to say ima do some with no type of money. Cause if shit goes wrong you need money to fall on cause there's gonna be mistakes. Now like I said. Find a run down car wash. We can help you fix it up and get it looking nice and then all you gotta do is pay someone to get all the machinery working"
"Aye we'll even go half on it with you. Us 3 can open it up and make a profit" Mugga said
"For real. And I know how to fix cars and shit so we can even find a car wash next to a run down building and start a car shop too. It'll be less expensive since we'll do most of the labor and the buildings will be already built" Jungle added
"That's actually a good ass idea. And then once our money straight then we can open up a dealership" I smiled at the ideas we just came up with.
"See now you thinking straight my nigga" Mugga laughed
