"Where you going?" Kain asked walking in my room
"Don't you ever knock" I roll my eyes going back to applying my makeup
"I can but I prefer not to so where you going?" He asked again laying down on my bed
"None of your business. Now why are you in here?"
"I heard Ant and Desire talking earlier" He said
I stopped what I was doing turning my full attention towards him. I like Ant and all but he needs to stay away from Desire. I love her and my brother together and she makes him happy so I don't want no one to come between them.
"About?" I asked
"About the whole Heaven situation. Apparently Ant and his baby mama getting back together so he's taking Heaven back"
"Damn. I didn't think he would actually come and take her. I thought he would let her live here and they'll like rotate. Shit that bitch ain't Heaven's mom. Desire is. She's the reason Heaven suffered without her dad for 3 years almost 4" I said going back to what I was doing
In my mind Desire deserves to get at least partial custody because she's done more for Heaven than her real mother.
"I mean that's his kid and regardless of shit if the girl changed her attitude then Heaven needs to have some type of relationship with her mother"
"What Des say?"
"She was the one that told him that he should have her with him because it was only right"
"But she loves that little girl" I frowned
"Yeah well that little girl ain't hers" He shrugged
"Aren't you going to miss her?" I asked Kain
He was acting like Heaven leaving wasn't phasing him when he was the closest one to her aside from Desire.
"I'm trying not to think of it. I got to attached and now I have to get unattached before she leaves" He said looking at the ceiling not moving.
"Aw Kain" I got on the bed giving him a hug
"Get off of me" He pushed me off
"Rude ass" I rolled my eyes getting off the bed
"Kain" Heaven yelled running jumping on the bed getting on top of him
"Ugh yes princess?" He half smiled
"It's movie night" she got off of him grabbing his hand trying to drag him "Come on Kain" She whined
