3 Months later
"Why are you still In bed?" I asked Dave as I walked into the room
"A nigga tired what you expect" He laughed
"You're not going to work today?" I asked
"Only to check some stuff out then Ima come back home. What time you think you'll be home?" He asked
I was going to go over Los's house today because he said he wanted to talk to me about something.
"Uh It's 11 right now so hopefully by at least 2. I don't know what he wants to tell me so I'm not sure how long I'm going to actually take" I put my shoes on.
"Ight I'll be at work when you get home and I'll probably be back home by at least 5 if not 6" He said getting out of bed going into the bathroom.
"Sounds good what you want for dinner?"
"Nothing. I'm taking yo fine ass out to eat tonight" He came up behind wrapping his arms around my waist.
"And what's the occasion?"I asked staring at our reflections in the mirror
"A nigga can't wine and dine his girl?" He raised an eyebrow
"You can but you never do so this is kind of suspicious to me. What you do?" I turned around in his embrace facing him.
"Nothing just realized that I haven't really been treating you like I should've been. We been together almost 3 years and I only took you out once. That's a damn shame on my part so I'm sorry baby. It's going to be different from now on ight" He leaned down placing kisses on my neck
"Mm Dave stop we can't right now" I moaned as he kissed my spot
"Why not?"
"Because I need a day to recuperate. We went like 5 rounds last night give me a break" I whined
"Fine. You got until tonight" He laughed letting me go
"You're no fair" I playfully rolled my eyes grabbing my hoodie and the rest of my things.
"I love you though" He smiled
"I love you too" I walked over to him giving him a kiss before walking out the room
"Text me when you get there" He yelled after me
"Okay" I yelled back as I walked out the front door.
I got in the car turning it on when all of a sudden I got this strange feeling in the pit of my stomach. Like something bad was going to happen.
I quickly took my phone out my purse texting Layla and Kain making sure they're good.
Once I got a text back from both I let out the breath I didn't even know I was holding in.
