I unlocked the door letting them in
"Baby You're home" Sandra said coming to the door but stopped when she seen Kain and Layla "who's this?"
"Sandra this is Layla and Kain my brother and sister. Y'all this Sandra"
"Hi y'all. I'm your in law and the mother of your niece or nephew" she smiled rubbing her belly
"You got her pregnant?" Layla scrunched her face in disgust
"Excuse me little girl"
"Aye chill out" I raised my eyebrow at Sandra " Ya'll sit on the couch while I go talk to her" I told them heading out the living room and into her room
"Why did you let her disrespect me"
"Sandra chill out. She's 16 so of course she's going to have smart mouth you're 20 about to be 21 a grown ass women so Act like it"
"Whatever why are they here?"
"Because I need them to stay with here with us. They have no one else to turn to so I need to take care of them"
"They can stay but they better watch their mouths"
I ignored her walking out and going back to them
"Alright y'all will have to share a room cause space is kinda limited but I need y'all to behave and not be disrespectful Ight. I know she ain't all that but can't have y'all arguing especially since she's pregnant"
"I just met her and I already don't like her. I feel sorry for you" Layla shook her head

"Can we just got back to Desire's? She told us we're welcome to stay there"
"Listen y'all staying here Ight. Y'all my responsibility not hers. Now y'all just got here so give it some time"
