Our trip in Greece has been a success.
We able to get the sophisticated and accurate equipment that the hospital ever needed. Hindi kailanman nahirapan si Matthew makipag negotiate sa manufacturer. He nailed it. Kaya sobrang saludo ako sa kakayahan niya.

What we have back there in Greece didn't have any label to what our current status is going to be. Or what it is right now. But I don't really mind at all. I guess?

I was about to enter my office when my secretary told me that there's a flower delivered to me. True enough I saw a bouquet of white lilies on my table.

My heart leaped as I was staring at the dainty flowers in front of me. Wow!
"Sino nagpadala nito?" I asked her.

"Di ko po alam doc. Parang may note po na nakasiksik sa bouquet." mahinhing sagot ng seceretarya ko. But her smile is saying the otherwise. Parang nanunukso pa.

I was thinking of the one who sent it to me nang bigla tumunog ang phone ko.
"Matthew hi!" too late I wanted to sound so loving and sweet but my attention was on the note I took from the bouquet.

"do you like it? I saw you entering the hospital building. So you should have seen it by now. " okay. so this came from him?

Natigilan ako. I thought may magbabago sa pakikitungo niya sa akin. I mean he will just ignore me like before. But this...

"hey baby, are you still there?" he asked me after a long pause.

"Ahm, yeah. It's just. This is unexpected. W-well thank you." Wala ako maapuhap na maaring sabihin sa kanya. He just hit me again bulleye with his sweet gestures again. Mahal mo lang talaga yung tap kaya ganyan ka sabi pa ng isip ko.

"for my one and only. Call me cheesy but you deserve all my love. Babawi ako baby. Promise yan." a droplet of tear fell on my forearm holding the bouquet. Umiiyak na pala ako.

I held my tears kasi ayokong marinig niya emotional ako dahil dito.

"So, how's the meeting with the board of directors?" paglilihis ko pa. Ayokong patulan ang kakornihan niya.

"it was fine I guess. Wala naman umangal eh. Like the usual" Yabang nito. "Oo nga pala. Mom invited us for dinner later at the mansion. I'll just get you by 4pm then."

"what? Kasama pa talaga ako?" muntanga lang Laurice. Ipagpatuloy mong yan.

"of course Reese. She said "us". That means you and me." narinig ko sa kabilang linya ang secretarya niyang tinawag na siya for another commitment. "alright tell them I'll be there shortly. Baby, I have to go. See you later, okay?"

Naninikip ang dibdib ko sa kaalamang magkikita kami ngadto pamilya niya mamaya. Namamawis ang mga kamay ko.

Buti na lang medyo may karamihan ang pasyente ko. I was able to divert my attention. At lunchtime, Kaye invited me for a lunchout sa café ng hospital. The last time I was here, I am with Matthew. Café Arabella was improved to a more spacious and offering lunch and dinner meals.

"I have to attend to a convention next week. Kaya inimbitahan na kitang kumain dito kasi baka matagal bago ako makauwi." her eyes were somewhat swollen. I think she's been crying. Ayoko naman siyang usisahin kasi baka may pinagdadaanan. I will just let her open up freely to me anytime she wants.

Naubos ang tanghalian namin na maraming napag-usapan. Just some random things.

Afternoon came. Nagliligpit ako ng ganito nang biglang bumukas ang pintuan. Napaangat ako ng tingin sa pag akala na secretarya ko ang pumasok. She knows I wanted her to knock first or press the intercom.

Literally akong napanganga. Why can I be used seeing him so gorgeous like this. He is sinfully handsome with a body fitting button down shirt ang dark Blue Jeans. Napalunok ako bigla ng lawas. Kasalanan ba ang pagnasaan ko siya ngayon. Dammit!
