"Nobody can hurt me without my permission" Gandhi

She went to the bathroom after George, to change and changed into the plaid pajama pants and blue sweater with a yellow F on it Fred had given her. She had never been so grateful to have kept a tooth brush at the Weasleys as that night, and was brushing her teeth for the third time when Fred came in though the open door to brush his own teeth.

He stopped at the door for a moment, making Honey look up. She didn't know that he had stopped because the sight of her in his cloths doing such a routine thing made him imagine a future for them together.

"I think they're clean." He told her with a small smile, as she continued to scrub her tongue. He picked up his own tooth brush as she spat in the sink.

"It doesn't feel like it." She said, rinsing her toothbrush off and putting it back into the cup. She pulled herself up onto the counter to keep him company while he finished.

"I still can't believe he did that to you" Fred told her seriously.

"Me either."

"Are you okay?"

"I think so." She answered, as he helped her down off the counter when he was done. She ignored the way she felt nervous at his touch when he did so.

They went to his and Georges room, where George was already snoring away in his own bed. Honey thanked him for being there for her as Fred turned out his light and got into his bed. He told her anytime, and she closed her eyes and tried to sleep.

After a while she started to think about what happened, and she started to really feel affected by it. Those two years of friendship were just a lie, and just like that she lost who she thought was her best friend. She couldn't believe he would do something like that to her, and she was sure that what she was feeling was heart break. She knew Fred was awake, because only George was snoring, so she got up quietly.

As if he knew she would do this, there was plenty of room for her next to him and she got under the covers softly. She was facing him, so she could see that his eyes were open and watching her calmly as he pulled her body closer to his by her waist. She gratefully buried her head in his chest, feeling the weight in her heart lighted.

She had always felt safe when she was with him, like nothing could touch her. Neither of them said anything, because it wasn't neccisary too. He loved holding her as much as she loved being there, and it had always been that way.

He brushed her hair out of her eyes, and placed his hand on the back of her neck, stroking her cheek softly with his thumb. She put her arm around his waist, feeling better already. They were both asleep not long later.

Neither Honey nor Fred were awake before nine, meaning George was awake before them to see them cuddled up. It made him happy, and he knew it would make Ginny happy as well, so he took it upon himself to get her. It wasn't often that they cuddled up like that, though it was not unheard of either.

He and Ginny stood there for a moment, before Ginny noticed how blotchy Honeys face was.

"What happened?" She asked, no longer able to be happy about seeing them so close now that she knew that he was comforting her more than anything. It was clear in the way that he held her to his body and the way she buried her face in his chest.
