Shawna's POV

"I'll have a chai tea." I ordered at Starbucks.

"That'll be $3.23," the cashier said to me.

I handed her a $20 and told her to keep the change. In a few minutes my tea was ready and I took it and sat down at a table by the window. I watched outside as people walked back in forth, going into shops, talking on their cell phones, walking dogs. It was a chilly day in Los Angeles, finally winter was here.

"Excuse me," someone said. I looked over and smiled politely at the very attractive person standing in front of me.

"Can I help you?" I asked nicely.

"I just wanted to say hi, you're gorgeous," he said. "May I sit down?"

"Oh yeah of course," I motioned toward the chair. "You look really familiar. What's your name?"

"Dave, I'm Dave Franco," he flashed his gorgeous smile. "I've been a fan of yours for a few years now."

"Well I really enjoy your movies," I smiled. "You're very charming."

"Why thank you," he tried to be sophisticated.

I giggled and he smiled.

"I'd like to take you out sometime," he said.

"Okay, I go back on tour in a few days.. Sooo," I smiled.

"Tonight?"

"That works," I said.

"I'll pick you up at 7:30?" He asked me.

"Sounds perfect!"

"Dinner and a movie," he winked.

We didn't end the conversation there. We spent at least 3 hours at Starbucks just talking and getting to know each other. He knew that I was pregnant and he knew what I'd been through. He was really good at listening and I enjoyed getting to know him. At around 4:00 we decided to go. I gave him a hug before I left.

When I got home I told Scooter.

"Well what about Justin?" He asked me.

"What about him?"

He sighed, "you know I'm glad you're happy! But Justin hasn't spoken to any girl since you. He's pretty lonely too."

"Tell him to get a dog, it's not my problem anymore." I rolled my eyes and went upstairs to go get ready.

"Oh Shawna!" Scooter shouted from downstairs.

"Yeah?"

"I found you a house, in Calabasas."

I ran downstairs and jumped on the couch. "YOU FOUND ME A HOUSE?!"

"A condo, in Calabasas. It's just 5 minutes from Justin's place so when you have the baby you guys can get back and forth quickly."

"Okay? Well thank you thank you thank you!" He showed me pictures.

It was perfect. With dark brown hard wood floors and white cupboards. Marble counter top with stainless steel kitchen appliances. The two bedrooms and living room were cream carpets. The view was breathtaking. Perfect view of the beach.

"It's amazing, thank you!" I wrapped my arms around his neck.

"I already made an offer and they accepted it, so you should be in there within the next 2 weeks."

"Awesome! I know what I'm doing on my next break."

"I'll get some movers to move your stuff so you don't have to worry about it. By your next break you should have a new home with new furniture and all of your stuff you need inside." He said.
