This is only partly cannon. You'll get it by the end. -Tiny

I'm running for my life through the streets of Endromidus. Cutting through crowds, weaving around people. "JOEY!!!" Her shriek cuts through the air. Some of the people around me jump, surprised, and I turn around to see Serena knock down a crowd of people to get past them. She has her pistol in her hand. "Frick!" I shout and turn back around, doubling my speed. I forgot our anniversary. It's September 19th, and the anniversary was on the 17th. The day of the anniversary she brushed it off. "Everyone forgets every once in a while." She'd said. I should have known it wouldn't have been that easy. Not with Serena. I woke up this morning to see her pointing a gun at my face. "I told you not to forget." She whispered. I just narrowly teleported out of the way in time. My pillow exploded, and then she spun around and chanted something at me and now I can't teleport. I ran out of the house and I've been running, trying to evade her for an hour. I'd thought I'd lost her, but she just found me again. Now she's gaining ground on me, and I'm about to die. I turn into an alley to see if I can hide in a dumpster or something. I've run into the alley about ten feet before I realize I've made a huge mistake. There are no dumpsters, and it is a dead end. I turn around to escape, but Serena is there, wielding her gun, her nightgown flapping in the wind. I start backing away once she enters the alley. "I'm so sorry Serena. I didn't mean to forget. I'll make it up to you, I promise. I'll do anything. I'll remember the next one, honest." I ramble. I don't dare try fighting her. Her past as a terrorist has left her better trained at hand to hand combat than me. She ignores my pleas. "You had one job. One simple job. Don't forget our anniversary. Don't forget our anniversary! DON'T FORGET OUR ANNIVERSARY!!" She says, her voice shaky with rage. "And you forgot. You forgot!" She moves closer as I back away. My back hits the brick wall, and I sink to my butt. "Please. I'm sorry. I'll do anything you want." I whisper. She is right on top of me now. She points the gun at my head. "I wanted you not to forget." She mutters. And then she pulls the trigger. I bolt upright in bed with a short scream, the gunshot still ringing in my ears. I lift my hand to the center of my forehead, but there is no hole. I'm still alive. I disturbed Serena with my own rough awakening. "What's wrong? Joey?" She sounds worried. "Nothing. I just had a bad dream." "Ok. I'm going back to sleep." She says. "Oh yeah. Our anniversary is in a few days. Don't forget. You might regret it." She lays back down, and I swear I hear the faintest sound of a gun clicking as I lay down to go back to sleep.
