While sponsors are not synonymous with Gamemakers in Canon, they still serve an important role as the characters to be revolved around in the task preambles. To clarify again I've decided to go back 'to canon' and back to older Games with the elimination of sponsors being Gamemakers. I haven't brought back the OG 'sign up as a sponsor', but hopefully my method of 'audience-participation-is-so-fun-when-killing-tributes' is going to work swimmingly. Additionally, those sponsored will not be getting things like auto scores or extensions or anything. It's much more about in-entry sponsors, such as things that will be beneficial in entry. Of course, that could change...

Name: Orvan Ferver
Role: Head Gamemaker
Age: 32
Division Specialty: Arena creation.
Appearance: Orvan looks the picture of authority. His skin seems smoother than normal, but besides that his modifications are quite tame by Capitol standards. He's kept the same purple hair and eyes for the last several years, even with all the questions about why he's kept with one trend so long. His makeup is also a subtle shade of purple, and he's often seen wearing sports coats or the highest Capitol fashion. He stands at 6'1".
History: Orvan has been working towards this position for his entire life. The son of two wealthy Capitolites, he's always been told he can get what he wants if he knows his way in. His charisma led him to make quick connections amongst the Gamemaking and sponsor community, to which he naturally seemed to slide into the formula. He quickly made himself a viable candidate, first within the sponsor community (using funds from his trust), and then in the Gamemaking world, originally a designer, then an assistant, and now the Head Gamemaker. He saw all the problems Snow directed him about last year, but his predecessor did not want to hear from someone so inexperienced. How funny how fortunes turn...
Personality: Orvan is always watching. He does not make mistakes, and he has a knack for staying one step ahead of the game. While he uses his natural charm and charisma in front of crowds, he would much prefer to be with himself in front of a screen planning. He's a perfect candidate for Head Gamemaker. He does not care about anything but his work and the extensions that arise from his work. Everything is a cog in a tuned machine and it is his job, personality, and life, to watch that nothing gets dislodged. He knows how to play the system just as he knows to play the crowd.
