She stood at the edge of a mountain,
Tears dripping down her face
Ready to plummet to her end,
So that her existence could be erased."You're beautiful,"she shouted,
At the top of her voice
Her last words said to drown out,
All the internal noise. She took a deep breath,
Mentally prepared
To back out now,
She didn't dare."You're beautiful,"came a voice,
And she smiled through her tears
For all those many years of her life,
That's all she wanted to hear.~Via
