My life has had a fresh, new start.
I'm no longer weighed down by life,
I don't stress over little things
And even on my darkest days,
My heart finds a way to sing.
Ever since you changed my ways,
I've been smiling every day.
I'm no longer who I was before,
I'm not a heartbroken mess
I let you fix me piece by piece,
And put my strength to the test.
You empowered me and gave me a voice,
To let you in, I made the right choice.
They say that people change you,
And now I finally see
Although you made me happier,
It was I who changed me.
